So where to start I'm always a bit apprehensive about getting anything from any KFC although I know there are some good ones out there. This KFC still has a closed dinning room and service is horrid the omployees are always hanging in the parking lot the manager included out in the parking lot sitting in a vehicle. I place my order wait in line and get my food and leave to go home and find I'm shorted some items. I call and I'm very upset so I know I gave attitude while talking to the person on the phone who happens to be the manager I tell him I don't trust him at this point just give me a refund for the shorted items he's also telling me this is a rare occurrence When I pull up and walk up to the window another person was standing there going back and forth with a older woman who also claimed to be the manager his stuff was screwed up. So I did get a refund and the young girl working the drive thru as I'm leaving comes out the door and yells don't come back here again well thanks for the advice young lady I will take you up on it I will not come back ever Don't you just love when things are so bad the employee even warns you not to come in they have insider info and know things are bad so thanks girl for the advise.

Garbage employees have no experience in customer service. Placed an order online and go to pick it up and they gave it away to someone else after having me sit there for 25 minutes. Then blamed me for there mistake manager wasn't even in the store was sitting in a truck in the parking lot. Seriously the worst place to ever go to do not recommend better off driving the extra 10 minutes to Southgate location. Deserves negative 5 stars!!!!!!!
I just wanted corn muffins instead of biscuits and they sell them but they are not on their website - the manager stated I wouldn’t be ordering my food through door dash anyway and he didn’t have time to talk to customers and the young lady he had take the call said I could order them and then said I couldn’t and hung up on me! I will not be ordering from them anymore door dash or in person!
The food is just average kfc. It's fine although they rarely have pot pies when you want them. And the lobby hasn't been open since Covid. I've tried to go in at least 4 times and closed every time. Asked the drive thru cashier and she said their lobby is never open because they are short staffed. They just be short staffed for years then lol That's why they get the low score for atmosphere.. you can't score for that when you can't even go inside.
I purchased the 20 dollar fill up box. It was sad, they're out of what goes in the box but they don't tell you. I got home had some sad looking chicken,some absolutely horrible old cold fries and no biscuits at all. THIS IS THE WORST KFC ON THE PLANET. DO NOT GO HERE.
Wasnt too happy with the service..the person that took our order wasnt friendly at all..actually very rude. On the upside food was hot and pretty darn good, but the service is why ill be going to a different location.
Ordered a 3 piece meal only got 2 pieces. They also forgot my coleslaw. Cost me $10.99
