My whole order looked horrible. The chicken nuggets were stale and dark taste like old oil. The whole order was cold like they had served us old food. Disappointed with my food today definitely a waste of my money. And I will not be returning.
Quite busy when I went to pick up birthday dinner chicken. I was amazed by how kind and friendly the staff were. There was an 86 year old man who came in with his granddaughter, or possibly his great granddaughter. He had just gotten off WORK. She explained that he really wanted chicken for his birthday. When the staff and other customers learned that this octogenarian+ was still working, and on his birthday, everyone coordinated to sing him happy birthday!! It was truly a blessing and a privilege to take part in wishing this extraordinary example of a hard working man, best wishes. A truly inspiring human being! We should all live so long and still be able to work so hard!!
Recently did a carry out and the wait time was long. Seemed like they were understaffed and the employee who did take my order was struggling with entering it into the ordering computer system. Perhaps more attention is needed to properly train employees before placing them on the service line. Overall everything is was great. Place was clean.
The lady at counter was friendly to all guest .The food was perfect. The music playing was good. Definitely will start stopping more often when I come through
Went inside to order because for some reason the app never works so was already iffy but The cashier was super nice and friendly and helpful. The manager as well. Made us feel welcomed. Got our order correct. And fresh
My son was craving fried chicken, so we took him to KFC. It was great food and great service! My son is very picky and loved it.
The Liberal Ks store is making good strides in improvement. The crew you have now is friendly and outgoing. They have a great shot at making this KFC successful and profitable. I hope they are appreciated and rewarded.
