Ordered $30 worth of food and was asked to pull up and told my food would be brought out to me. Waited 15 minutes or so, and I pulled back up to the window and they didn't even know what I had ordered. After 5 more minutes of waiting, I asked for my money back. Never got an apology or explanation. I hope they get some better management soon, because this is just poor behavior, let alone poor service.

The menu had changed and I'm severely disappointed in the new nuggets and famous bowl. They got rid of amazing popcorn chicken and replaced them with these huge nuggets that are so salty it tastes awful! 😖 I stopped going one visit after they changed the menu. Such a bummer as I used to love the famous bowls and got them all the time, they were my favorite menu item.

Ordered through app and it took 45 min to prepare. Didn't even have full order, I was missing my drink, the family meals biscuits and a large fry.

Of course the food is good. But the young lady on the drive through window was eating chicken nuggets and had a whole bowl of slice pickles....smh. Isn't the pickles for the sandwiches. I can see if she was on break, but she wasn't. Think God she was at the drive thru because she was serving food I would not have ordered. That's germs on her hands...smh

Food was great, just like all KFC is. Unfortunately I couldn’t understand the girl behind the counter’s accent. A little southern, a little Ebonics.

The food is always cold! The chicken sandwiches is the worst when they first started serving them they were very good now they put too much mayonnaise the bun is cold.

Disgustingly filthy... the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is due to the sweet employee behind the counter. Colonel would be disappointed!

Ordered a four piece and got 3 old pieces 🤣😂 I never have a good visit..
