The chicken was cold all 3 times I've gone. I tried getting it on different schedules but it was just the same. Cold and definitely not crunchy. It barely had any coating. Once the chicken had definitely sat there for long enough to dry it out. I was so happy when I moved here to get the chicken meals as there was no KFC near me. I really hope it gets better soon. As, I really love KFC in other places. I will check it out after some time but it really bums me out. I'm 60 yrs old and I have never had a KFC cold and too long in the warmer.
I never have waited as long as we had to to get our order taken. It would have been quicker to go to an eat in restaurant. No one at front counter. I had to yell for someone to take our order. From order to table was 25 minutes. Then when we didn't have the sauces and other things we asked for, I had to stand there for 7 minutes and had to ask loudly for help. I live in Lapeer and I will choose another restaurant option next time
I'm pretty upset. Honestly love KFC but this location... not so much. I ordered a family fillup and a spicy chicken sandwich. We got mac and cheese and fries as our sides for the fillup. The fries seem like they were cooked under the heat lamp they are dried out hard and just nasty. My chicken was fine but we never got the chicken sandwich!! They woman at the counter seemed like she hated life and was not friendly. I tried to call for 25 minutes the line was either busy or no one answered. Someone needs to address this if the number is not right fix it. I should be able to call the store and speak to a real life human!!! Sad KFC someone needs to fix this.
I just worked there only for a week! Worst place ever. I am a manager and they do not wash their hands after smoking before handling food. They smoke on vapes while preparing food. They keep ozs of weed in the back office they do not follow food safety at all! Worst place I’ve ever worked for! They also have ants all over near the food. Never even ate anything when I worked there! Never going to! They need new ppl and new managements ones that can run the place the right way!
Very rude girl taking our order then she got rude about where we were seated then she comes out 10 minutes later and said sorry we just gave out the dark meat to drive through and said we would have to get white meat or nothing I said we made our order before the car even came she said drive through comes first or we would have to wait an additional 20 to 25 minutes for more to be made very rudely. I Love KFC but I’d recommend passing this one up rather being treated rudely by some rude girl with a bad attitude….
Ok so I love the food. It's amazing. However whenever I've had to call the actual store. Noone answers. Also I've had the pleasure of ordering an individual mashed potato with gravy 3 different times and didn't get a spork or fork or spoon or whatever we use now days to eat it with. I don't want anything from this post other than other individuals to be able to eat on the go and have a spoon spork or fork provided so we can actually eat on the go.
Ordered thru Door dash because I don't have a car ATM and this is how the chicken looked. I just opened the bucket and this is how it looked like someone ate off of it. Tried to call to get a hold of someone no one answered.
Why is it so hard for KFC to get my order right. Was looking forward to my meal. It was all wrong. The speaker at the drive thru sucks. It's not the first time my order was wrong. Some one needs rip that speaker out of the ground. Maybe they will replace it then. Along with a new management.
