I’m not a fast food person maybe once a year under certain circumstances I’ll pull over at a drive thru. Honestly, i haven’t had any luck with decent food or service and this one is no different. This year my 86 years old mother in law decided that out of ALL the places we could have taking her for a dinner on her birthday she wanted KFC to go. Well, it’s her birthday so we respected her wish. Arrive to find the floor so sticky I thought I’d lose my shoes. The lady who took our order was nice but she told us they are out of dark meat( only 3 left) so she offered something else, we eventually settled on dinner that would please all of us. We get home and they fleeced this little old lady of a pice of chicken, really??? She’s legally blind she can’t go anywhere this was the highlight of her day to ride in the car to KFC and get her 3 pieces of chicken. I should have gone by the overall reviews. So disappointed, what a shame

What is the point of online ordering if you have to wait in line. I tried to go in because it said online pick up was in the store. The store closes at 8:30, my order was supposed to be done at 8:20, at 8:40, Im still waiting. The service is less than 1 star but that's not an option. The drive through line Absolutely awful experience and I should've learned my lesson from previous awful experiences. Line was full. They are probably spitting in my food. I want a full refund but that won't happen. I will never, ever come back again and I suggest that you don't. Bowls are half full and the chicken doesn't even look like KFC chicken.

First App use, 8:30 pm on a Saturday night. Order was ready in <5 mins and everything was hot, juicy and well prepared. One small problem .... the cole slaw was a bit dry ... I'm used to it having a lot of dressing and this was lacking. Not enough to complain or take it back.

Ordered a three piece meal only got two pieces called from home was told that if I come back with receipt I could get one piece. No thanks if I have to drive back with a receipt of a meal they messed up they should do more. Was a regular not anymore. I recommend Leo's Coney just down the street I go there now you get more for less cost and it's fresh.

I am seeing who had the best chicken sandwich in the area. I haven't been to a KFC for 10+ years. I bought the spicy chicken sandwich. It is by far the best I have had in the area. Lots of juicy chicken and a good spicy sauce.

Always a long wait. Doors always locked so you have to wait ten+ minutes per car in front of you. Which there always is because they are slow. Manager said herself they lock the doors so they don't get too busy. Absolutely terrible service and management. Delivery drivers stay clear if you can.

Part of my order was 8 nuggets and 4 biscuits. Got 8 biscuits and no nuggets. Called and said we could come pick up. Very rude when we went back. Practically threw the bag at me, didn't apologize, nor even spoke to me.

March 23 2023: ☆ Made a mobile order approx 30 minutes to pickup. Nothing major, a chicken breast, 3 tenders, mashed potatoes and some KFC sauce. Mobile app indicated my food was ready. I try to enter the building to pickup my food at the counter as I indicated on my mobile app, but it was locked. An older female employee said they were drive thru only today. I apologized and at 7:33 PM, I pulled up to the drive thru window, let them know about my order and the employee at the window turned and yelled to their coworkers asking if my order was ready. They then yelled again to stop arguing and to listen. Since my order was clearly not ready I was handed my drink and told to pull up behind the other vehicles in front of me while food was brought out. There were two vehicles ahead, none behind me. 10 minutes pass, the vehicles in front of me get their food and I pull up to fill their spots at the edge of the lane. 15 minutes pass, I'm in a phone call with my S/O and he jokes that they forgot about me, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. An older female employee brings out food to all cars behind me, steps up to my car and rudely asks me "what I'm waiting for" I answer "my order" and she scoffs, gestures with agitation and tells me to pull off to the side to let other cars through. It's 7:48 PM, all cars behind me pass me on the side with their order and I still don't have mine. 5 minutes later I finally receive my order. They did not give me the KFC sauce I asked for, but I wasn't interested in dealing with these employees any further at that point, and at least my order was warm. Keep in mind, I made my order at 7:00 PM and didn't receive it until 7:53 PM, despite getting there on time. I don't think I will be returning.
