Purchased an 8 piece extra crispy family meal and the batter on the chicken was still raw :) called the lake Havasu store 3 times with no answer. Drive the meal back and explained to Sierra the manager that the batter was still raw and the chicken was fried in old oil. She said it was impossible even though I brought the raw battered chicken back! She couldn’t refund me since I ordered through kFC app. Going back tomorrow to speak with Casey the area manager. Never Again. Be careful ordering through an app. Not sure how to get my refund now :(
Check your orders thoroughly if going through the drive through. They are NEVER correct and you will be missing something every time! Ridiculous.
First off..... $20 for 2 chicken meals?!?!?! Outrageous. Second, I asked for pepsi and the guy that took my order put in raspberry ice tea, so the cashier had to redo it. She was very nice, but it seemed like the guys were just messing around more than working. Also, at 830pm, your menu lights should be on, it was dark and I couldn't read it.
Once again very disappointed with the quality of the chicken. Over cooked chicken dry and the breading was dark brown. Appears as tho the oil from the fryer needs to be changed on a regular basis. Very disappointed again. From now on I'll check the order before leaving the drive thru
I'm shy, so I never considered asking for a custom order, but I really love their drumsticks. I was encouraged to try asking, so I quietly asked for a bucket of just legs. The guy at the register smiled and said of coarse and punched it in... but then he said, "I'm nervous too. It's my first day. You did great." Made my day ❤️
I was the 1st person there, went through the drive through, it took a while to get my food, but the service was fine & the food was hot. So it was all good.
For the second time, KFC messed up my order again! Ordered a bowel with No Cheese,and just like the last time, it had cheese all over it , and for a second time, I threw it in the garbage. I Don't Like Cheese! And if you want to Order No Cheese, pass this place up , they won't check to see if it's right
Went to pick up a delivery order there the other day, they told me to pull up some even though there wasn't anybody in the drive thru behind me. I politely declined, because the last time I did that they forgot about me. When they got the food done and packaged up, they wouldn't hand it to me through the drive thru window,.they made me pull up to the door around the side of the building before I could pick it up. I understand if you place a huge order. But this was a small order and there wasn't anybody else behind me. They are trying to cheat and get their drive thru ratings up by having their customers pull ahead and wait. Fraudulent and disgusting. Somebody needs to be reprimanded or fired for this cheating. I recommend that you take your business elsewhere.
