The chicken sandwich was filling. However the lobby floor was dirty. The Mac n Cheese tasted very fake, I can’t even finish it. And they forgot to give me a fork. Also, was I was sitting here a guest walked in with a wrong order which I hear is common over reviews. The positivity of the workers is very good as well as the helpfulness.
Worst place to go. The service was so slow mostly due to workers arguing with each other. Our sides were made up and sitting while we waited over an hour for the chicken. When I ask for fresh sides the lady snached the bag up walked to the back with bag and came back with the same bag . I will be telling everyone I know drive to Popeyes at least they are honest about everything and everything is FRESH. Last $60.00 they get from me.
Customer service was bad, had to travel 16 miles round trip to get the food they missed night Manger was rude and unhelpful wouldn't compensate for the inconvenience. Used to eat there at least once a month if not more, and then when my son went to pick up the food the we're assuming the manager flipped him off.
Went here tonight for dinner. Ordered a #6 and a number 11. The number 6 was really good and extremely filling. The number 11 on the other hand was very underwhelming. It was a 5 piece but 2 of the pieces were only about half size. It happens. The chicken was barely coated with seasoning and very little sauce. Usually this store does really good so I will try it again but I hope for better next time.
Half of my order was missing and when I explained to the manager that we love 8 miles out of town and wanted some compensation for the inconvenience and especially the $4/gallon gas to come back. She would either give us our missing food or 10% off a future order. She argued with us and wouldn’t give out a number to request further assistance. I guess I’ll be choosing Popeyes unless I’m out of LaPorte, IN
We travel from Michigan City to Laporte KFC because the City location is lousy and they're always out of chicken. The Laporte location is fast , friendly and fresh every time. I wish they would put butter and honey in the bags for the biscuits though cuz I always forget to ask.
I was surprised when I got to the pickkup window. 10 wings,medium fry,medium drink $35.00 Wow not in a good way. They no longer dip the wings before you get them. Girl at drive thru said use little samples to dip wings. I said while I'm driving? That's like$2.00 a wing.
Really busy for the size restaurant. I think that speaks volumes for them. They need to get some employees trained more to represent the BRAND.
