When we go get take-out we're all looking for A dinning experience that can't be purchased in the frozen food section. I even went back and had the cook try again. KFC was always that magical place as A kid . If you are going to offer chicken strips tenders etc they had better be as good as Raissing Cane and Dairy Queen. The new Lemonade was tasty don't think the fries are not an improvement.The worst part of this is the low standards we have had to set.I want the best or I'll just check out the freezer section.
I ordered the new Mac N Cheese Bowl, which was fire, and also the two piece fish combo, with fries, I gave this review four stars because the fries should have been crispier
If you want real KFC or Long John's, DO NOT COME HERE. I ordered fish and chicken, got tiny chicken and no fish. Not worth a half of a days savings
Advertised one price and billed us a higher price. When we told them they were extremely rude. Price was on their menu board and confirmed with cashier before we ordered.
Don’t know if I got the bottom of the barrel or what.. but looking like something got fried and in the slaw
Got my usual order of chicken planks. There was one plank that appeared fresh but rest looked like it had been recooked. No Mac and cheese as ordered. Have called and giving another chance but let me tell you. No phone or customer skills by one but yes I give credit to the one who did.
Purchased the 8pc tender meal, 4 biscuits and two large sides, it's been awhile since I've went to a KFC and definitely won't go back, biscuits and tenders are half the size of what they used to be, didn't get any sauces or the honey, all for $31 it is definitely not worth it
We just got the $20 fill up. (Drive-thru) The chicken wasnt bad but pieces were really small. Coleslaw was good! Mash potatoes were not the same, most likely the cheap version. Gravy wasn't bad but also not the same. Biscuits were kinda hard but flavor was good. Didn't get butter or honey spread. Overall not impressed. Customer service however were nice.
