Just stop by to give this place a go again after the last visit over a year ago. Ordered a 2pc dinner for dining in. I was given the order as a takeout, I guess because they didn't want me to eat inside and saw they gave me a kids meal portion. 2 smallest pies es of chicken I ever had. About the size of a small Cornish hen and the biscuit was extra small too. Looks like they closed the buffet since the pandemic. KFC used to be a favorite. Not anymore This complaint is not about the workers, they were very nice but almost didn't want to give me a refund. But their store policy.. picture is their large gravy and their policy of $4.29 for an extra gravy. Almost makes me not want to patronize this place again. Realize businesses are raising prices but that price for a small portion of gravy is ridiculous.
August 10th 2023 around 6pm. Me and my family went to eat inside the restaurant. We go there very regularly. The Shift manager, John was very very rude to us! Let me explain. We ordered a famous bowl, kids nugget meal, 1 piece breast meal with green beans, a three piece tender meal and a two piece dark meat breast and thigh. We were charged for a four piece breast meal instead of three piece tenders so it was a big price difference. The manager came and took a meal off our tray. We then told him we were missing the 2 piece breast and thigh meal. He made a huge deal about it and said we didnt pay for it but it was on the receipt. There was a bug line behind us but he was being so rude they left. A normal manager wouldve just said let me take care of what your missing but no he got us all worked up saying we just trying to get something free. But we told him what we were missing and just needed it. We will not be back!!!!!!
Brandi the manager was so friendly. After a bad experience with Bojangles she was so nice. Even gave my daugher some stickers. Wish more people were like her, 👍🏼 hope KFC is treating her right! She needs a raise! 🥰❤️❤️❤️
The drive through lady Nicole was very nice and polite and very patient while I was ordering. My experience here was awesome!! Ordered my food and it was ready immediately!!! I’d like to take the time to tell everyone at this kfc thank you for your hard working dedication to a fast and friendly service!!!
I really understand that all the prices have gone to heaven but this is a steal. I ordered a 4-piece combo and I received two pieces and two wings, you judge
Hadn't had KFC in forever, kids wanted to try. What a mistake! $60 for dried up chicken so bad we couldn't eat it! Had to take family out to eat after throwing rock hard chicken in the trash!
Chicken sandwich was great but a hit or miss depending on the cut of chicken you get, spicy one comes smothered in sauce sometimes. Fries were fantastic and hot.
Chicken was so old,dry and scarce. Each piece of chicken barely had 2 bites. Sides were very salty. Wouldn't recommend eating anything here!
