Ordered 8 piece meal it was very sub par the breast had been cut in half, the legs looked as if they came off a Cornish game hen. I’ll be doing business elsewhere!!!!
I placed my friend's order and then my order, but I didn't get my order until after I talked with the manager. I was told that there were online orders and drive-through orders between the time I placed my order. It is ridiculous that they couldn't fix my small order before the online order. Also, they were also out of BBQ sauce and ranch sauce for my friend's strips. We didn't get butter or honey for our biscuits.
This KFC is the worst. I placed an order on Saturday for a 3 piece mixed ( 2 breasts and a wing), there was only 1 breast and a wing. When I tried to call the store, no one would answer the phone. Won't be ordering from them no time soon.
Man this KFC has gone downhill,used to be the best! Store opens at 10am, we pull up and doors are still locked, by time we order it’s 1040am he informs me only extra crispy which I never order, I ask what time do you open, 10:00 he says , with attitude … when you open your doors your product should be ready to go .. But hey, at least they were kind of open this time, A couple months I tried the restaurant and it was closed up tight.. I wish I could give less than one star for today.. This restaurant needs new management and motivated employees or just shut it down.. it’s worthless right now
The customer service in this place is terrible, was a young lady very rude at the cashier that need to be re-training on Customer Service. We there last night 7/27/2023 around 10pm. I couldn't order because her attitude was so bad and I did prefer to avoid a comfrontation. Her attitude was pretty much of a person that who doesn't care at all and very disrespectful.
What a terrific experience, I've had some bad ones in the past but I came in and the manager made it perfect. He was sweet, kind, fast and friendly. James was amazing, if you come here, definitely I recommend going to him. He makes it fresh, friendly and fast. What a great guy.I will come back
Tried to call multiple times because they forgot items in our order. Why won't you answer the phone? I have even been in the restaurant before due to getting the wrong item and heard the phone just ringing and ringing. And they weren't even busy at the time.
The floor manger Rebecca refused to give a refund for my transaction. She informed me that they ran out of the meal I ordered and I told her I didn’t want anything else just a refund either cash or refund back to my card. She became rude and very hostile towards me. She refused to call the other manager that could help refund my money and basically said there is nothing she could do but write down my name. She needs to be FIRED!!! Until she learns how to work on her customer service skills. And please PROMOTE Sierra she was the only employee that deescalated the situation with her manager and offered to help me.
