Not once, not twice, but EVERY time i have gone the service has been absolutely trash; and EVERY TIME i have been screwed one way or the other on my orders. i went back to try and give another chance (i like the chicken sandwhich ion know). KFC never fails.. to disappoint. What is wrong with y’all?
Whoever is working that drive thru intercom has no business being in customer service. She is incredibly rude and was audibly annoyed by me just being there ordering food.
Dined in & had the 10pc feast today for my family of 4. Food was perfect and plentiful. Restaurant appeared new to me by the condition of walls and decor. Roderick was the cashier. He knew how to give great customer service. His personality and demeanor were happy and cheerful. He brought our meal to our table and even checked on us during our meal.
Came here to eat with my family tonight. Our food was hot & fresh. The cashier was very hospitable & polite. It was a very great experience. Please keep up the good work you guys!
I love the chicken pot pies. The crust is crisp and easy to eat. Overall that's the only thing I really eat there because I've tried the original chicken and it doesn't taste like the same way they used to cook it very greasy and mushy. I wouldn't recommend the original chicken at all.
Chicken tenders were old and dry. Chicken sandwich was the same
Took forever to get my food and when they brought it out it was wrong. Plus I ordered a dr pepper and was given a Pepsi I dont drink it at all. Here's the kicker there wasn't anyone one else there in the car line or in the lobby so it shouldn't have taken 15 mins
I have always preferred KFC to other chicken restaurants, however, this one is not very good! The chicken tastes stale, like it was precooked then reheated. Its greasy! It certainly wont keep customers like this! I hope someone does something to teach them to cook chicken!
