When I came to the kfc I ordered chicken strips with some sides along with what the rest of what my family ordered when we got the food back they gave us the wrong things it’s also very hard to hear the employees. After we gave them the wrong food back they put it back on the counter where they were preparing food not sure if they threw it away
Ordered a famous bowl and got potatoes, corn and 3 small pieces of chicken on top. Manager argued with me and said it was more. Never again will I do business with them again
I placed my order and it did not come out the way I wanted it to, no big deal.... So I politely asked the young man behind the counter to fix it and stated what was wrong with it. After several attempts by him asking me "how I knew it wasn't correct you didn't eat it" when you can clearly see I took a small bite out of it, THEN and him telling someone in the back where I could still hear him say "yooo he's a liar" in a typical teenage puke manor I don't appreciate being disrespected and bad mouthed when all i asked for is how I specifically wanted something. I would fire this kid if he spoke to my customers this way. I assure you i will NEVER spend my money here again.
Man this is the second time I’ve ordered a famous bowl from this location and they’ve given me burnt corn and gravy when all I wanted was no popcorn chicken then tried to argue with me what was wrong with the order after opening it up and showing them just pure burnt corn that was cold and tasted funky. Kfc what is this please ?!?? check if the orders are correct before sending them out to the customer
There are very bad and lying staff and the food was also very bad. Dear ladies and gentlemen, when you order, do not do it here
I ordered a 2 piece wings only drive through says $7 dollars I get to the window I am told $9 I said no thank you. $9 for 2 wings their crazy!
Was told chicken was fresh!!!! It was all breading. Should of known, I was the 1st customer. Never again!!!!! When did the portions get so small!!!!???? $13.50 for a wing, thigh and leg with probably 2ozs of coleslaw and mashed potatoes!!!! A biscuit was so small!
Went today and order tocos and got This expired/sour dip! The thing was stink, I almost threw up.
