They were running low on a lot of things including cups and cup holders. The food was hot and fresh but we got a 10 peice variety bucket and got 8 legs and 2 thighs; there were no wings or beast. And the nuggets are meh at best. It was honestly upsetting.
They always have the excuse that the menu online is different than the one posted in the drive through. They charge for what is poasted online but give you way less food. They package the food where the gravy spilled all over the rest of the food and gave it to me that way. The window clerk had an attitude, rude, and disrespectful. Manager was helpful and respectful in giving me my refund of $31.
I love the original 2 piece leg/wing with coleslaw or mashed potatoes with extra gray. (biscuit) It's the best! My order is the same every week. The staff is friendly, and the wait time is short at the drive-thru. This is my second week in a row. It's absolutely delicious!
Not sure how well you can tell from the attached photos, but I got a 12 piece bucket, all of which were pink in the middle. I came here before and ended up finding feathers on a piece of chicken, figured I’d give it one more shot, but this is where I draw the line. This is just down right dangerous. A feather is one thing, but serving raw chicken, even if slightly raw, is incredibly ridiculous. Never had problems at a kfc like this one has given. Will never be getting my business again, and to those reading this, check your food from here before you eat it.
KFC's Free Chicken Sandwich with the app download and account creation did not work. Hope that even though I purchased over 30 dollars of food, the manage would include the sandwich. Unfortunately, they were as clueless about the promotion as I was, saying that I needed to make the purchase online when it did not say so in the fine print out the promotion handout. The dinning room was very clean looking. The service a little slow.
This is one of the worst fast food places I've been. The staff is unprofessional and rude. They hardly ever have everything in stock. They are literally just playing around the entire time. They ignore customers until there are too many to ignore. Horrible place!
Usually they good, customer service was never great. But today food was just disgusting I guess I got the old food or something then they gave me chicken I didn’t even asked for and hair in my food smh I don’t expect a smile and a friendly greeting but I do expect my food to be prepared properly.
Don't eat here they are all nasty rude. They have no customer service and very racist. I watched them drop food in the floor and still serve it to customers. This store needs to be closed down. BBB and Health department DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!!!
