Worst customer service ever. This restaurant’s worker took hot chicken and placed it in a plastic bag, tied the bag closed and then put it in another plastic bag. Needless to say the chicken was delivered soggy with most of the breading falling off; it was inedible. They also did not deliver the sides. Called the restaurant now answer. Contact corporate and they would not give me all my money back. Do yourself a favor go to Popeyes, better food and great customer service.

Lousy takeout .. didn't understand what was being ordered... When I got my combo order of nuggets fries, biscuit and drink, got the teeny tiny pieces of rubber chicken and drink,but no sign of the fries and biscuit. Think they were all out to lunch themselves.

The food was fine, but the customer service at the drive thru? This woman was rude from the moment she turned on the speaker until the moment we drove away. She was rushing us to place our order then tried to tell us that we ordered incorrectly. She repeated the order and it was finally right, then we get to the window and asked the guy (not who took our order) to repeat the order for us and our biscuits were missing. With the amount of times we needed them to repeat the order we wanted to make sure all of the food was there and the woman comes from the back to yell at us about holding up the line and eating. A single fry was eaten to make sure they weren't cold and she accused us of sitting there eating. If the name on the receipt is the correct person then someone really needs to retrain Cadora.

Would go with 0 stars if that was an option. Waited over 15 minutes at the drive through and no one came to take my order, when I drove to the window. I saw a lady in there that wouldn't acknowledge me.

Awful Costumer service! The girl on the drive thru gave a very nasty attitude and did not let us order what we wanted. Manager/boss needs to train their employees on how to treat costumers better. KFC needs to better.

The experience was ok. I would like to see customer service be more proactive and meticulous. For example, your order comes with xyz... ask me what sauces I like or throw some in the bag ..... and give me my darn receipt for once

Disgusted by this place. Nobody wanted to acknowledge me and 2 others standing there for 7 minutes straight. Horrible place and doesn't deserve the rating they have right now. They should have worse than the lowest it can go.

This place is horrible the customer service is the worst the lady that took care of me has a nasty attitude and they always get my order wrong they just gave me spicy chicken when i didnt ask for it check your order if you go to this place also the be rushing you out of the window
