Tables were dirty, food was way smaller portions than it was supposed to be (this is my mac and cheese bowl after i plucked out the chicken) and the chicken wasn't even fully cooked. However I did reach out and tell corporate and they sent me a 15$ meal ticket in the mail to make it right. Customer service was great.
Was really disappointed in the new nuggets. I opted for an order of 5 nuggets, and they are tiny...one tiny bite each! I love KFC chicken, but their nuggets are sad. I later learned that 5 nuggets was a kids meal. The receipt showed my meal was supposed to include an applesauce and a small milk, which I did not receive. I would have loved the milk with my tiny nuggets!! PS I already had been disappointed that they discontinued their awesome wedges...please stop disappointing me! I love KFC!
It's a little small but the food was great. The workers were pleasant and the experience was fine. KFC has the best fries btw.

Worst service ever never waste your money at this dump.
Great online order & pickup option for large orders. Was able to purchase additional food before pickup in store and ladies quickly got ready for me. Staff even helped to put in my vehicle. Good service is rare in area so giving praise!!!
The chicken was hot, crispy, and great for dipping. The gravy was hot, thick, and savory. The mashed potatoes were creamy. The biscuits were warm and decent but not as fluffy as my biscuits. Overall, one of Hazard's good eats.
My chicken sandwich was hot and fresh
