Good food, however service could use some help. I have a large family so our orders are typically not small. Tonight we were trying to feed 4 of us, this was the third time I've had to return to this establishment to get missing items I paid for. It's highly suggested if you prefer the drive thru, be sure to verify your order has been received.

So the food was good. Service gets a 1 star. First I asked for extra napkins. I mentioned I’m in a hotel. Not only did I not get extra. They were out so I got none. Ok. Not the end of the world. They gave me 10 forks and knives. For 8 piece family meal though. NO butter for the biscuits. No salt or pepper. Didn’t know I Needed to ask for this. We do KFC a couple times a year. And normally bring home. But they always include BUTTER FOR THE BISCUITS. COME ON!

Food was ok. Loved the biscuits though. One of the managers was rude no class nor tact. Heavyset European American. Most of the servers are wonderful. But that manager ruined my mind towards that place a bit. Did line the fries too.

The lobby is closed, the price for a 12 PC tender meal is $39 and isn't posted on the drive through and to top it all off I had to pull into another restaurant's parking lot to get the food because they don't have them ready right now. Would never happen at Chick-fil-A and you can get better chicken there too for the same price if not lower.

Went through the drive through and arrived at 3:10. Got told to pull forward, and proceeded to wait until 3:45 until my food was brought to me, and they also got one of my sides wrong, and didn't put the sauce I requested in the bag. Not going here again

Employees are goofing off chatting messing around on their phones constantly, hitting the equipment. One gave a quiting notice right infront of us. Dine in was filthy, tables and floor even though it was empty except us. Service is very slow as they're just standing around talking while we're still waiting on our food was supposed to be ready by 2:25pm yet didn't get food till 2:55pm. Didn't have the drinks we wanted food was cold and slightly burnt. Just as we were leaving a customer walked in and a female worker was texting on her phone while taking their order, I didn't even see her enter the order in the computer before she walked away. Getting into our car we saw workers laughing and goofing off on the roof as well.

If you ever get told to pull forward in the drive thru do not do it. They will forget about you. On 4 separate occasions I have been told to pull forward, and had to wait 20+ mins, where I called the store and got told the food "just became ready"

Had the Liver meal with 2 sides and biscuit. It was great! There were so many livers they gave me a box to take the leftovers in when I got my livers. Fried lightly and moist inside, just the way I love them.
