Spent $9 todays for the new wings when I got to my job they had hair and feathers on them. I couldn’t eat that so I had to throw my lunch away I did not have time to turn around so I called and this man answered and said well I have to see the food first because we don’t have hair on our chicken so when I told him I threw my food away and was at work he said then no I cannot refund you, you are supposed to show me the food first. They lack customer service at this location bad and whoever I spoke with should not be running a business.
I was very disappointed with my 3 piece white meal. After having to ask for a fresh biscuit twice. Once I got home I discovered two pieces where old and couldn't be eaten. This location was far from my home. The cost was too much for what I received. Unhappy 😒
They could definitely use a serious cleaning but they have great online deals. Food was good and ready when I arrived.
Have you ever paid for a classic chicken sandwich but got two tenders on a bun? I have. I'm supposed to get what I paid for. Maybe I wouldn't have posted if the tenders weren't refried three times. Smh.
I should have known better. The last time I ate here I got sick. I thought to myself, it's been a long time maybe the new crew has a better idea of how to do their job. This time it was obvious that I couldn't even eat the food. Burnt, crispy to the bone and dry af. I didn't take the replacement. I'm just done. This location should have been closed years ago. If only I could give a zero star review.
We ordered $40+ worth of chicken. It was either recooked or cooked in really old grease because the chicken was hot, dark, hard, and really greasy. As you can see it’s super dark and half of it is suppose to be extra crispy. I have never had extra crispy chicken from any KFC that was this dark before. This chicken was really greasy and tasted quite old. My family couldn’t even eat it so we threw it out. When I attempted to call (10 times) to request a refund there was no answer so I’m assuming they close at 9 pm on Fridays. I will be requesting a refund from management and will never go to this KFC again, very disappointing!
Save your time and money. Our delivery driver stole our order and when we called to see what was happening they refused to give us a refund or help in any way. Over 2.5 hours later and we still have no food or refund.
It's horrible when you get the complete wrong order, not even close. When you call, they say you will have to go back through the line, that's about forty minutes long, then just hang up. Never again.
