This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a KFC. I will no longer go to the Harker Heights location after the encounter I had with the store manager screaming at me and refusing to cook my order of chicken because they were out of Crispy Dark. She proceeded to scream at me in front of a lobby full of customers telling me how rude and impatient I was being and that there were all those people in front of me. My mobile app sent an alert that the order was ready for pickup at 6:15, she did not give me my food until 6:45. At which point I received regular and not crispy. She advised me to go into the mobile app and cancel my order because she was not going to give me my food. I was not able to cancel the order because it was marked completed. This is by far the worst experience with any restaurant I have ever had. She continued to make snarky comments to other patrons about how I was behaving. This is very unprofessional, and she definitely should not be in a leadership role. A simple apology would have made the delay ok.
I order a simple number 4 combo for dinner. No modifications. I was hungry already when I got in line and had to wait 30 to 35 more minutes to get my food! They wasn’t even busy!! The nice elderly lady that works there kept apologizing. They either need new management or better trainers.
If I can give them zero stars I would. Ordered a 3 three peas with Mac and fries. My box of fries look like it was the Happy meal version. Then when I tried to call no answer. Like how? That’s all I want to know?
Whoever the young blonde lady is that runs the from register, she confused my order and gave me the total. After I told her if she’s going to ask me what sides I want, she continued with “you said you wanted chicken, not the combo” which was not the case. I was being polite and finished my order and paid. She followed by saying “Can you please move out the way so I can get the guests behind you” and I said “Well, are you going to give me my cup at least”?? Her customer service was not great at all. Her excuse was that they are running low in personnel, but even then, she shouldn’t be that disrespectful. She did this to an elderly gentlemen in front of me.
Short staffed. Messed up the large order, came back and let them know, instead of correcting, they were more annoyed and arguing amongst each other about it until I said “if it’s a problem, I’ll just take a refund” they then got excited they didn’t have to fix it and refunded my order instead of fixing it and being sorry. Horrible place.
Should have known better when it was empty but was tired and ordered through the drive thru anyway. Had to pull up from the paying window and wait 5 minutes only to be given old food that was clearly reheated. If this is quality on the 1st of the month, I can only imagine any other day.
The customer service was so bad. We waited about an hour for our food. The food was OK but they said that there was a whole line in front of us when there’s nobody there and there’s nobody inside I can see why but overall the food was OK. He could’ve been better I recommend going to Freddys
Went for chicken meal deal. Food was fresh and the wait wasn't very long eventhough there were many ahead of me.
