I paid $11.00 and got a 4 piece chicken, got home and saw this? WTH! It was leftovers, from when I don't know...I left them a voice message, because they don't pick up there phone...
Upon getting home we found the Chicken was inedible; so dry that it was like leather. Biscuits so dry as well. Ordered 12 nuggets and received 7. French fries were cold and soggy. When I asked for a plastic bag received a dismissive answer. One of the other workers heard this and told him to give me a bag. Was looking forward to a prepared dinner after a long day of chemo. Will no longer buy from the Greenvale KFC.
I really don’t like give negative comments but it’s is !!you know there is one important thing you hawe to smile for your costumers even if they smile you you must give feedback..I eat just some hours before this is my favorite food in the world KFC I eat some different country also but it was horrible today actually it was not fresh chicken I just want says thank you over there in the front some little fat girl she s professional other guys just looking so ugly and you know when I am giwe order and waiting I thought they want just box with me yeah it’s is I really feel so sad in side that’s it ..no again

Actually I don't want to give them any star! But at least i need one!!! Too horrible!!!! I used drive through to buy two things, big box and $5 fill up box. When I arrived at home and checked.... there was no chicken leg and mash in the big box!!!! Where are them??? Where!!! And I called them!!! They didn't answer me!!! Kidding me? If it is close to my house!! I already go back and fight!!! Damn.... maybe they can be rich!! Cuz without any serve meal!! Take money from customers via drive through!!
Ones again chicken was completely dry with more bread crumbs than meat,horrible, 3 times in there and always same problem, it was my last visit
I have gone here on and off since it opened. Not one single time in the past 5 years have they gotten my order right. They refuse to give sauce and cookies every single time. They forget whole meals constantly. They forget to upsize drinks, or forget to add a couple tenders/wings. They forget drinks entirely, and forget substitutions. I’ll pay a buck for steak and get seasoned beef anyway. This is one place you should absolutely avoid at all costs. Even if it means going hungry. Because you probably will anyway. This place is very malicious and does this on purpose.
Got my ordered wrong and cashier was rude. Called the manager and she was not helpful. Sent an email to headquarters, submitted my receipt and explained the issue and headquarters is requesting for home address. Is this insane or what? Please save yourself a headache and get your chicken from a different location or Popeyes.
