User Reviews

The staff are very rude and came home to find a hair in my food. Absolutely disgusting. I will never be back.

The BEST KFC I have ever been to in my life! The place was clean, and beautiful. The staff were the best, and Ms. Melody by far the best Manager, I have ever since in action. She was so kind and really worked good with the other Manager and the staff. Before I could blink my eye the food was there, and if was great! Even with Covid-19 safety measures in place this KFC was rocking. The only bad thing is I live 3 hours away, and really will miss coming more often as I would like.

Ordered The Chicken Sandwich Meal with Mountain Dew and Chicken Pot Pie meal with Dr.Pepper. The service was great and the food was great taste and quality. Was hot also. Inside was clean and Restrooms here where clean as well. Free parking and handicap parking not Handicap friendly when entering the building.Returning customers today had to order online only to receive the mixed bucket of Tenders and original chicken along with Cole slaw and made potatoes, fries and two extra biscuits . The oder was fast some employee where sleeping while entering the building. Not professional.

This place has gone downhill.... in a "handbasket"!!!!! Employees not taking orders... say they have no chicken, no wings, no thighs, etc..... Need a NEW KFC .... on Ashville Hwy perhaps.... with chicken stocked per menu, also employees with kindness, good attitude!!! Col. Sanders would surely give this current group of employees.... A THOROUGH FLOGGING WITH SPURS A'FLYING!!!!! We couldn't even PLACE AN ORDER....🐓🥵🐔😳😳😳😳😳🥺🥺🥺🥺😖😖😖😖😖😖

This was the 3 piece tenders the chicken was tiny and completely dried out like beef jerky but the potatoes were good as always

The lady that took our order was polite, The food ,Chicken tenders rock hard cold and seemed old or over cooked, potatoes cool, chicken livers ok but cool, the bowl had no gravy, the biscuits hard as rocks and cold. Our Tea and Dr.Pepper was the highlight of the meal... on the was home there was a stray dog we copped up the chicken tender fed him , my chickens will enjoy trin to peck the rock biscuits... NOTE TO SELF NEVER GO BACK TO KFC in Greeneville Tennessee Again , you just expect more for $25.47

Ordered the 12pc meal with green beans, mac&cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy and 2 chicken liver dinners, got to the window and ask for eating utensils and 5 plates because we were staying in motel since we got to town late and the moving truck wouldn't be here til the next morning. I was told that I can give you your plastic fork and knife but we no longer give out plates. That was a $51 meal and I had to find another store to buy plates for the family. Their loss, we would eat KFC 3-4 times a month but since the night we moved to Greeneville that was our last KFC visit. Bojangles is just up the road and they will give you plates to eat off of. KFC, you should be ashamed for charging the prices that you charge and don't even give plates for a family or people out of town to enjoy their high priced meal.

The new nuggets and tenders are tasty. Prices gone up fo sho. Most of the other stuff is that old rust and crust. I wouldn't let my dog chew on most of the chicken.
