The KFC was neat and clean with some really nice historical wall decorations. Our group sat at a large round table in the dining area. The staff was courteous and efficient and made personal alterations to our orders. Overall it was a pleasant experience and one can't beat the Colonel's chicken. We whole heartedly recommend it.
At 8 p.m tonight they have have all the outside lights off and the menu off. So they look closed and they do this every night. They also almost never have a chicken pot pie. I've tried getting one the last three days.
We used to buy the family bucket of dark meat but haven't been back to the greencastle store since July. I was told twice that you can no longer get all dark bucket . So now when wife and family wants chicken for dinner I order it from KFC when I'm leaving Indianapolis. Unfortunately the wife has to warm it up when I get home but at least KFC take care of their customers IN INDY. Pretty sad that a place can't have dark meat at 3:00 in the afternoon. Just wondering if that's y the one in Cloverdale closed or did it close for being dirty. At any rate it seems that Putnam county has the worse restaurant mangers in the state, lol. All these brand name companies, Long John Slivers, Burger King, Hardees, Wendy's closed down. I guess restaurants are now only in business for only the management and not serving the people. Well seems like just a matter of time before KFC closing down in Greencastle.
Do not order from this location. I order from here off of door dash and was missing a whole meal. Usually I'm very understanding. But as someone who has worked in fast food for years. I have never forgotten a whole meal. The food we did get wasn't even that great. Do not waste your money here. Just make your own chicken.
I really wanted to give them a chance, but there's been an issue every time we go there. Long wait times only to get the wrong order. Then getting skimped on portions for the large sides, only to find out it was because they ran out. Won't be back until something changes. Seems to be in need of better management.
Don't waste your time here. Customer service is terrible. Food is either burnt or raw. Won't sub a bucket to either all white or all dark. Can definitely tell this isn't a corporate store.
As always, we had to stop and check the order to make sure all was there. It was not. Seems to be the norm nowadays. At least we did not get all the way home first. And they did happ8ly fix it.
Horrible service horrible food seriously DONT EAT HERE!!!!! Every time we have it’s been raw !! This place is a joke. I called the manager TIM***** and he had nothing nice to say other than acting like we wanted free food lol, he must do this to restaurants bc he sure knew how to rip people off . Seriously don’t eat here This place was nice to eat at when it first opened . The manager TIM was wearing sweatpants and tshirt how unprofessional and to wear the clothes you sleep In to make my dinner ***** NO THANKS ****
