I ordered a 12 piece chicken which SHOULD come with biscuits. I told them no thighs. I have no biscuits and a bucket of chicken I paid 30$ for full of thighs. You can't make this $#!+ up.....30$ for only some wrongly made chicken. Go to the back of H3LL KFC

Every time I come to this restaurant I never have experience that I expect to have each time I come. Each time I come and place an order, my biscuits are never in my bag, the lobby and drink station is always dirty, there’s a weird sour smell in the lobby and to add insult to injury the overall customer service and atmosphere is extremely poor, rude and unprofessional. I HIGHLY SUGGEST that CORPORATE FIRES the ENTIRE STORE and HIRING A WHOLE NEW STAFF!!!!!

Drive thru attendant was harassing me about giving her a tip then was told to pull up they would bring my order out to me 37 minutes later I got my food but it was wrong..

Wait was super long and they didn’t have wings. This was at 8:30pm and the chicken I did get was lukewarm and my Mac and cheese was cold. Disappointing experience for something I rarely get so I had a taste for it and it failed me tonight.

Very I professional workers fat lazy sorry managers employees has very nasty attitudes in the drive through and manager is cool with that I will never advise anyone to get any service from them the customer service is horrible and I will be reaching out to upper management about this location

I ordered 3 meals from this restaurant on tonight via doordash. Once doordash arrived we only received 2 meals. The 2 meals that did arrived the chicken was so old that we had to throw it away. The drinks was nasty. The only thing that was good was the corn outside of that it was a VERY bad experience and a waste of money.
