This establishment should be embarrassed. Excelsior KFC has been known to be a terrible place to get food for a long time and I knew this but I decided to give them a chance because it had been years since I'd been. To start, it took 10 minutes for one of the four employees behind the counter to finally come up and get my order. I had eight sauces I was supposed to get and didn't receive a single one. My fries were cold and they just barely filled them halfway, and the chicken strips I got were cold. The only thing the place had going for them was that the original chicken sandwich was pretty good. But that wasn't enough. Needless to say, I won't be going again. I've always had negative experiences there and it doesn't matter what side you order from whether it be kfc or taco bell the food is always shoddy. Hopefully the citizens of Excelsior will finally get tired of them and shut em down so we can get some actually decent fast food in its place.
This is a KFC/Taco Bell. The food tasted like it should, but it was prepared horribly, it was supposed to be fast(not a twenty minute wait), and the atmosphere behind the counter seemed unorganized. Went to Taco Bell in Kearney the next time. They were faster, the food was prepared well, and the building looked cleaner.
Have been to this location 3 times over the past 24 months and each time my order has been incorrect. This is why we do not frequent this establishment!
DO NOT EAT HERE!! This place is So Dirty!!!! Will be contacting Clay County Health Department for Everyone's Safety. Do Not Eat Here. Ten minute wait in drive thu. Order was wrong when I got home. Called and they said they give refund if I had receipt upon my return. No offer to fix problem. I returned went into store. Was overwhelmed with the filthy restaurant I posted pictures of inside restaurant because Everyone needs to know where they are eating at. Lack of management and corporate responsibility of restaurant to contact me
the food is always cold/old they get my orders wrong often have you been inside the restaurant? It’s always gross I never see them washing their hands and sometimes I see them not wearing gloves while making peoples food. I used to like going there but now I don’t want to.
Hard to mess up the food as simple as it is. But the management of this place baffles me with how they are never open during their listed hours. Like...how are you "allowed" to steal money from the owner/franchisee by losing sales over incompetence and stay there?
This is not a supreme taco. Don't ever go to rhis place. -5 review . all the order was wrong even the basic soft taco. Since that is no negative I'll leave a 1 so that you ALL still know. 15th time this year they ruined lunch and dinner
Unreal...not only was our order wrong the mashed potatoes were nasty and had macaroni in both containers. Could not eat ...ever heard of cross contamination??
