Nastiest kfc around, always taste old, macaroni taste like boiled water, the chicken is never crispy and always light as if they don’t even cook it right. I hate this place. Yes hate. Thankfully Popeyes is up the street from this location and they are always good. Throwing this garbage kfc away, so mad.
I wish I can give this place no stars but unfortunately I had to give them one star but it’s really zero stars the food was so horrible. It’s crazy how you’re so hungry you wanna get something good to eat KFC is perfect when you get there your coleslaw taste Like spoiled milk disgusting. The mashed potatoes are all hard disgusting. I rectum is zero they should just get rid of all the workers in there and start fresh with people that care.
Line can get super long specially during the dinner and lunch rush sometimes to being into the street. The food thou is really good the new chicken sandwich is phenomenal and i love that they put pickles on it , the fries are not the same as the wedges but they are well seasoned and crispy and you can never go wrong with the coleslaw
Reheated the food and thank god did not eat it, the Malden location is the best and this one is deadly. Would give a zero if could, F!! Karma will get them for making this kfc food taste horrible. Miserable people work there and wouldn’t doubt if they do something to the food, eat at your own risk.
Very bad staff. in a heavy rainy day, I drive thru to order a Mac Cheese, it is on the menu, I said it ten times, the staff even couldn't get it and finally told me at the window they dont have it. The rain has already pour into my car and I am totally wet.
Poor food quality, chicken is dry and not battered well. Sides are way off and seems they don’t want customers to come back.
