The staff was very friendly. I ordered the 16 pcs with half regular and half crispy. The regular batter was too salty. The sides were good especially the mashed potato and gravy. The washroom could be taken care off more appropriately.
Ordered 8 piece regular, got to window, they only have 4 pieces of regular, wanted to know if I would take 4 pieces of reg. & 4 pieces extra crispy. No compensation, no, had to pull around & wait 10 minutes. Spent like 36 dollars, chicken was soggy, ordered 3 large coleslaw, not very much in each container. Will not go back again. I got food from there then I drove a half hour to my house I picked up my drink to get out of the car and because the drive through person didn't put the lid on all the way so them when I picked it up it fell as spilled all over my food and I called to get a refund and they refused to give me one then I called back and they refused to answer my call because it went straight to voice-mail and this is after also waiting 10 minutes in the drive through because they wouldn't take my order the drive thought worker was also rude and the person who picked up was also rude I rarely go to KFC and this will probably be one of my last times I purchase anything from this restaurant unless they do something about this behavior I also mentioned on the phone that I live a half hour out of town and I told him I would not be able to go back to town again today and he refused to give me a refund and would not even answer the phone when I has someone else call for me don't recommend customer service is awful and my famous bowl was half full
Hope you don't like to get any sauce with your family pack of tenders/ nuggets. Oh and hope you don't want butter or honey for your biscuits. Hope you like soggy fries and hope you like no utensils or napkins. Then you will love Esky KFC
Love KFC. Me and my daughter waited in line to get it. And it was totally worth it. Cars were backed up to the road and we waited about 6 minutes. Can't wait to eat here again. My daughter said these are the best fries ever. So I tryed them and I agree. Yum yum yummy
We were there st 6 pm they said the only had one 8 piece original,we wanted x crispy but settled for original they ran out of biscuits and our 12 piece chicken nuggets where more like old popcorn chicken pieces. Our 8 piece only had 2 breast and 2 legs and 4 wings. Very disappointing
How do you use the drive through. Inside restaurant was closed. So really no atmosphere at all l o l.
Staff is friendly. They are very fast too we had a 90 dollar order and got it within a minute or 2
