Food was great, service was good. I wouldn’t dine there. Not a fault of the restaurant, just sketchy patrons
Went here for lunch a bit ago. The place was nice with everything being, for the most part, clean. Although the store being deserted, the employees were nice. I got dine and the food were served on paper plates for some reason. Despite that, its a good place. Would recommend eating here if you're in the area and need a place to eat. Wouldn't go out of my way for it, though.
The food was good but the atmosphere is so bad it feels like it's closing and they don't care... I come here all the time for the deals other than that I wouldn't be here it's clean the workers are kinda dead and sometimes my mashed potatoes are bumpy Edit: I went to the McDonald's near by and compared the lighting and I love kfc's now it looks really good
It’s 11 PM this location will be open for another hour, but they’re just not making any more biscuits with no explanation as to why. I’d understand of course if they were about to close in a few minutes but a whole hour?!? on top of that they had the nerve to get my order wrong. When I got home and opened to take a look I saw that it wasn’t what I ordered. That’s completely unacceptable don’t waste your time with this location.
They are often out of certain menu items and flavors. There is a huge unmarked cement island located at end of drive thru lane. It is ripping up the bottom of my car.
Store is open until 1 am but the employees will close 1 hour early at 12 am,experienced mostly all the time 👎👎
Place is under renovation so no indoor dining available. Only drive though. Food was hot,
The Elmont store did a terrible job. The order was incorrect and missing items. Did not check the order till I got home. Then called the store to complain and the store did not pick up the phone. You must check your bag before you leave the drive thru. Lesson learned.
