Always use the online pickup. Everything is 100% ready when I arrive. It's a pickup booth. The store is always clean and all employees I've talked to were very friendly. Makes the Meridian and Boise KFCs look like amateurs. Chicken is always cooked perfectly.

The owner/manager seems nice he always helps and never seem to be in a bad mood or hides it really well I respect that food is fresh

Everything tasted like the managers cologne. The chicken was so oily it was soggy. How does soda taste like cologne? They were very nice but the food was not good. Maybe it was just an off day.

We were staying right across the freeway and was easy to get dinner. Drive-thru was busy so we walked in, we were greeted by a very pleasant man who took prompt care of getting our dinner and we were on our way in on time at all. Thank you to everyone on your team 💜💜💜

Took thirty minutes for a medium fries!?! This KFC is a huge disappointment. All I ordered was a drink and fries. Also, this location had one other person at the time. To make it worse when I went in to ask if my fries were ready they said “Sorry we forgot about them” 🤯 I am very disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Wow, order a famous bowl with no corn and when I get home there's no chicken in the bowl and has a huge scoop of corn. Ordered a 4 pc aka #3, breast was super dry, and the rest was super oily. I seriously debated on going to this KFC, again, another disappointing meal. I strongly recommend that you choose something else. This will be the last time I waste my money. I hope someday they put a Popeyes or Canes in Elko, they need to close this KFC.

Russian franchisee is NOT colorful, pleasant man. He looks and speaks loud, rude and appears greedy. No senior discount. Abrupt with staff and customers.

Place was getting renovated but still open. Good service and there chicken is very good! The inside looked very nice and clean...
