Overall an alright establishment, nothing to complain about that you don't complain about any other fast food restaurants for. Above average service, fast and ready when not busy, and a easy-going atmosphere that's easy to get caught up in the vibes 👍
I was a bit worried before I ordered from this KFC as there were few cars in the parking lot. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered pick-up and it was ready in 5 minutes. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and she got my name right! Believe it or not, though my name has only one syllable, it is unusual to pronounce. The chicken tasted fresh and was not overly salty. I didn't eat in but the restaurant looked clean and cozy. This is our fried chicken spot now!
Well they were out of alot of stuff this night they had no chicken sandwichs or blackberry tea. But was happy with my bowl. But why did they ever take bake beans off the menu if beyond me 🤔
Young man at the drive thru was a total sweet heart, very caring, showed he actually cares about his job and his customers. Slaw was as always fabulous!!! (We only get our slaw from here)
They think they're a business, but in all aspects it's a high school's jungle gym, there's always a wait time because food isn't prepared, it's fast food not a diner, if I wanted to wait I would have went to a diner. And Don't forget you'll see people have a good ole conversation instead of working. Management sucks.
I placed a pick up order online and ordered a classic chicken sandwich + nuggets big box meal with mashed potatoes & gravy, buffalo ranch sauce, and a Pepsi. I did a pickup order so I wouldn’t have to wait a long time on my lunch break. I received no napkins and no fork - no big deal, I should’ve checked and grabbed some. I received no sauce - that’s annoying, but I’ll live. I received mac & cheese and not mashed potatoes & gravy - okay, now i’m getting upset but i’ll eat it. I received a spicy chicken sandwich and not a classic chicken sandwich - now I don’t even want to eat this meal because this is in no way what I ordered. I double checked my online receipt thinking I hit a wrong button or two - I didn’t. I thought maybe they gave me someone else’s order - my name was on the bag. I never received a fully correct order at this location and 90% of the time the customer service is terrible. KFC is not cheap and it’s kinda annoying you have to get out of your car to pick up your mobile order - the least they could do is double check it’s correct.
I updated my review from one star. I went back a few days later at noon on Sunday, and got good quick service. We showed up at 5:45pm and we were the sixth car in the drive through. We waited over twenty minutes to order, and they told us it would be a six minute wait for breasts, would that be OK? We said sure, and it was another ten minutes before we got to pay. We paid and then they said we're out of crispy breasts. We said do you have original? They said yes, then came back and said they were out of breasts, could they substitute dark meat? We said no thank you, we didn't wait forty minutes to pay $40 for food that wasn't what we wanted, we'll go to Bojangles and eat sausage gravy, so we did. We were in and out in 5 minutes, got the same amount of food for $2 less, and they gave us a jug of tea. The cashier at KFC was good, though, courteous and professional. He was just trying to make the best of a bad situation.
The manager Britney is awesome!! The food is always hot and always very yummy!! They go out of their way to make sure my husband and I have the best experience eating at KFC!!! Will definitely be coming back!! The best food at a great price!!
