I am very unhappy with my experience here. I ordered online. 45 minutes before pick up. I go to pick it up, no one is in line. I get there at my exact pick up time and they’re scrambling to get it done in time, (keep in mind I’m literally the only person there.) they didn’t give me the cake I ordered, nor did I get my potatoes. The only thing I got was my sandwich and Mac and cheese. This Mac and cheese was not only old but made me very sick after I ate three bites of it. Look at this, you can literally see the old curled pieces of the Mac and cheese in it!! I don’t understand how ordering on the app is suppose to be faster and a better experience. My business is done here, I will be going to Burger King for now on if I need fast food for dinner. Ps: Diablo 4, why did you have to partner with kfc? Life’s so difficult now. This store is a disaster, the front door was locked at lunch time. The food I ordered inside at the counter. I ordered chicken strips,a order of Cole slaw and French fries. Easy enough right ! When I got out to my vehicle, The French fries were missing....I call the store , the lady was very ignorant, well she said everyone makes mistakes, she said I was a mistake. I paid for that and I didn't get them. How hard is it to read an order? All these fast food places are happy to make mistakes......when are they happy to get it right? Wonder how many millions of dollars they get from "mistakes" I'm done with KFC..they give you raw chicken,wrong orders...and who knows what else bacteria they give you.....very disturbing, no management and they are happy to steal your money. Don't stop at KFC anymore!!!!!!!!
Best KFC Chicken! Chicken fried to perfection! Short staffed, but staff that was there was great. Very clean!
This specific location is super clean, friendly staff and nice restrooms. I had the chicken tender big box and it was great. All our orders were on point and hot.👍👍.
Quick, friendly service. Modern design and plenty of seating. The food was fresh and hot. The sweet tea was sopt on (I am a very picky tea drinker)! Very nice. Highly recommend for a quick meal for lunch or dinner. They also participate in GrubHub for food delivery.
I will NOT go back. Went thru the drive thru ordered an 8pc meal with an order if tenders extra and also a 12 PC meal with an extra order of tenders. Repeated the order at least 2x and the person repeated it back. Got home, about 10 miles away, no chicken in the buckets just tenders. Called they said I could go back as this was the meal for my family and my daughters family. Got there and they said they couldn't give me the chicken. I asked for the DM'S name and phone number was given a number for a support line for EKG, who knows if The name of the person is even a real person. I will not go back and will tell everybody I know about this experience.
We ordered out. We bought 8pc chicken, 8 piece chicken tenders, 3 sides, and 4 biscuits for $30. Food was delicious for fast food. We didn't have to wait for our food. Definitely recommend.
This place is great . Their food is awesome, and their management is great tò. More people need to spend more money at a restaurant like this. They give back to their community. Which is very rare anymore . Most chain restaurants want you to spend your money at the restaurant but give nothing back to their community. Thank you, KFC, from NCSB (Northern Cambria Softball Baseball) youth program. You guys are the best.
