Drove all the way from Mansfield to eat at this location. Very clean restrooms and common area. The food was fresh! This was noon on a Saturday. Service was quick inside because the drive-thru was busy.
Worst service possible! The girl at the drive through was so rude! She instantly told me there was a 10 minute wait for the famous bowl. I said that was fine & it sounded like it bothered her. When I got to the window she was very busy texting while pouring my drink. She didn’t say anything when she opened the window and was still texting as I handed her my card. Right now I’m parked next to the building, waiting for my order & she seems to be on a call in her cell phone. There are now 3 other cars waiting for their orders parked next to me. I don’t usually write reviews but this is not the first time I get this terrible service here. I keep telling myself to stop coming here, but it is the closest KFC to home & sometimes I crave a famous bowl. I gave the food 3 stars because the bowls haven’t always been great.
This KFC is by far the RUDEST establishment I've ever encountered. Every time I go they are ALWAYS out of wings. Not to mention, I went to this location one Monday at 10:30am they were just opening, I was the first in line. The worker came out and removed the cone out of the drive thru. I ordered 3 wings as I always do and the same thing happened. He said, "HOLD ON PLEASE!" I'm thinking to myself I know you're not about to say y'all are out of wings! Any other KFC I frequent I never have this problem. It's just this location...
So much for good service. The guy working the drive thru was rude and disrespectful, and acted like it was a burden for him when we asked for straws to go with our drinks.
Food was hot 🔥 and correctly prepared! Customer service was good. Did not wait long.
Used to come here because the food was good but today that I ordered my food it was nasty and had a horrible horrible smell do not recommend...
They didn't have fries, and it took forever for our food to come. You said 15 mins but it was more like 35mins. My mom said her chicken was undercooked and nasty. Heard the girl in drive thru be rude to a customer behind me in the line and told they to go somewhere else.
Leticia Jimenez and her staff were very friendly and helpful we will be back again.
