This is probably the cleanest KFC I have ever visited! I normally never go or review fast food. I was starving though and I haven’t set foot in a KFC in years! Let me tell you Wanda was working and she keeps this restaurant SPOTLESS! I had the grilled chicken meal with the green beans and a biscuit and it was very good.
Ordered twice and trusted my order would be completed as I paid for. My sandwich looks very poorly crafted and tell me, do you see bacon?
Waste of money ordered a two-piece dinner and the chicken wasn't much to look at or eat. I never seen such small pieces of chicken. I could have took my money and brought chicken from store for a better outcome.
2023: Ordered dinner and was asked to park. TWENTY MINUTES LATER, I and a bunch of other highly dissatisfied customers went in and got refunds. Ridiculous! 2021: No line, even at lunch, and they've really stepped up their game. The food is very good and you get a lot of it. It is a bit pricier then other fast food joints, though. A couple things stopped it from getting five stars those being their drinks are smaller and their straws are awful, small and spindly! LOL the employees there are fast and courteous, and that's a good thing.
I rarely rate fast food places because they are somewhat ubiquitous. You cannot expect 5 star service from a fast food restaurant. However, I am taking time to rate this one because the few times I have been there, they have always been polite and friendly, plus they have always gotten my order correct! This KFC is managed well.
This KFC messed up my dinner for my children , I'm extremely disappointed. It seems like they purposely left out items from our order and when we came to come from nobody pretended as if it was no the issue when we don't live very close weren't willing to come to any kind of reconciliation. The management and this restaurant needs a serious talking to because people come here to trust you with their dinner. 1st off we waited in line for what was apparently no reason after our order because they said they didn't have the style of chicken and we needed to wait. They also wanted to sub Several pieces of chicken for a different re agreed as long as we could get our food faster this was not the case. They were extremely combative when trying to fix the issue and didn't want to address all the issues And all the missing food. I will be calling there management office in the morning.
All I could say is never go here their chicken drum and tight size is way to small and taste very bad..they probably kept those chiken for while and just hit it up and sale it’s not worth your money..
Got my order completely wrong, didn’t notice until I was home, went back and the Incompetent manager wouldn’t make it right! I’ll never return to this establishment again.
