i walked frm dunkin no bathroom some chinnese place bathroom closed i went to kfc i couldnt open the door a bald man helped me out told to go to the front dest a very nice lady opened it for me n world war 3 happened in that toilet i was grippin on to the railings near the toilet n then i heard ka boom 6 times n 5 ka ploops n js like that i was done i wiped saw green n i was done i washed my hands n left.
KFC is very quick and effective. My order for a 10-piece lunch was ready and delivered in a matter of minutes. The store was neat and clean, and the clerk was courteous and professional. Customers and traffic were both in strong numbers, which is always a plus. The store was quite well-kept overall as well. I think this place is being run extremely well and would return there!

Went to this KFC and noticed all new staff. After ordering I witnessed my side of biscuits fall off the counter. The young man picked up the container and proceeded to place in the bag. I immediately told him if that was my order I don't want those biscuits because they fell on the floor. The young man said it wasn't and stapled the bag and brought to the back out of site. Now I was waiting a bit and watched 5 orders go while I waited. I then see him come back with the food without the bag and place in a plastic bag. I asked for a refund. How dare KFC play with people's food like that? The manager asked if he dropped the biscuits and out of view the young man said yes. Manager processed my refund but was not apologetic. This is poor service all the way around. No thanks, I'll keep my money.
Really KFC you must be joking right???‼️ This is the lowest this company has ever been. You actually have been taking advantage of us for years and this is unacceptable across the board in every way now. Very disappointing and Don't ask me nothing because you KFC already know 👅 It's just sad that you think we don't know what's up. Alright bye.
It’s unbelievable how careless they are!!! When ordering off Uber eats don’t expect to get what you ordered because they will NEVER send the right items!!
I ordered a large pick up order and when I got there, someone else had already falsely picked it up. I felt really bad because it was about a $100 order but the staff handled the situation really well. Joanne was amazing, she was so helpful and got my order remade quickly. Good experience!
