After seeing the commercial on tv, I was really excited to try the chicken nuggets. About 2wks ago, on my way home from the doctor, we went through the drive thru, pulled over, and parked to eat them fresh and hot. They looked so big and juicy on the commercials! They were neither! While they had a good flavor, the only reason they got 3☆, all, but one of the 8 were smaller than a tater tot!!! They weren't bone dry, but they definitely weren't juicy.

I keep trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but every time I eat there it’s just terrible. On this occasion I tried the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was hard, dry and old. There was no spicy sauce on the sandwich. Just overall not good.

Bathroom was terrible. It reeked of urine from OUTSIDE the door. Open the door and tp is on floor soaked in urine. I cleaned the seat a d then, when I opened the door, some short, older dude wearing a baseball hat was almost "ear to the door". He seemed shocked when I suddenly opened the door. Had I not been looking on my way out, I would have knocked him down. He then stuck out his right arm towards the men's room, but turned and went back into the lobby and called someone by name from behind the work area. I hope he got an ear full of whatever he was listening for...

It was good friendly service. Good experience. I don't dine out that much but I enjoyed the food. Very good as usual.

Placed our order at 6:36 didn’t get the food that was supposed to take “5 minutes” until 6:55. asked for ketchup at the window none in the bag asked the lady who brought our food out almost 20 min later to grab us some ketchup and gave us 4 packets for a 5 piece tender and 8 piece nugget. Asked her for a lot more she huffed loudly so we can tell she was irritated. Then she comes back with 6 more packets and says “that’s all they would give me” and ran off. i spent $34 on food to wait 20 minutes and most of it was cold.

Friendly service, hot delicious food. Would definitely go back again to this location.

We ate the same meal yesterday at the kfc in arab and only paid 15.89$ Today at the cullman kfc it was 28.27$ the only difference was at arab kfc the liver boxes were mediums and had 15 livers in each box and the liver box from cullman which we're suppose to be larges only had 7 livers after being told it would be 10 to 12. Why lie to your customers and why such a difference in the cullman and arab kfcs?

The food was ok, you could tell the chicken was sitting a minute but overall as usual they were good
