This had to be the worst food place ever. 6:00 in the evening and they don't have chicken ready, twice. Asked my wife to wait a min and left her sitting at drive thru for more than ten mins. When she pulled up to drive thru to ask if she could order the woman told her she didn't know she was there after telling her to wait a min. Manager stood there and said nothing. This is what we get for $15.00 an hour. Never going back there again.
Food was great unlike some other locations only thing I didn't like is no one was at register only manager going back filling orders then come to help next person . your order should be sent to others to pack not for the guy to walk off and come back 5 min later x that 5 times waiting in line for each person They need to hire more help
Don't expect your order to be complete or correct. Enjoy a random assortment of garbage food instead of your order. And to make things even better, management won't lift a finger to fix or refund your order.
They make me wait over 15 minutes on my break wich is 30 and asked to wait another 10 minutes. Manager is an ignorant. Does not know how to treat clients. Will never go there again.
I'm only going to rate the food. The KFC Spicy Chicken Sandwich was outstanding. Cole Slaw was very good, the fries were very good and the biscuit was good. Very good food all around.
The young woman at the drive thru gave me one of the most mean-spirited looks of utter disgust I have ever received in my life. It's unreal how one person can tank a business location.
Service is horrible. Waited 25 mins. Witnessed multiple wrong orders and them giving orders away to wrong people and not fixing the issue just saying "sorry.
The cashier was rude and snippy. The manager was screaming at her employees and demeaning them. Terrible atmosphere and experience, was happy to leave as fast as possible. Food was passable. Would not return in the future unfortunately.
