Went thru the drive thru and the lady was very pushy and in a big rush. She missed some of our stuff in the order and the pepsi tasted more like water. The receipt says Ashley.
I believe they may need more help. The girl was trying to work the counter plus the takeout window. I believe this is a bit too much for excellent service.
Bad slow service. Told 10min back up. Been waiting 25min. When asked about it told we'll get to it. Bad bad bad! Finally got my chicken the coating was limp soggy and uncooked. WOW!
Had new nuggets. Not bad but more breading than chicken. Stick too chicken tenders!
Will never go here again when you walk up to counter no one wants to help you and everything in buffet was nasty some chicken was undercooked could see the blood .the restaurant was so dirty you can tell they don't clean it even before could sit down had to ask if they could clean a table so we could sit down .was big disappointment.
Tired of wasting my money here. Can't even get my son's kids meal correct. Then on top of that when I found out it was wrong, I got back inside and not one person came up to help me. Got plenty of eyes staring at me but no one offered to help. This place is a joke!
I ordered all thighs as I don't care for white meat. The thighs were cut in such a way that they were mostly back bone with very little meat. The bones were filled with small pieces that I almost choked on.
I'm only giving a 2 because they were open & food was hot. Fair warning the service is awful
