Sept 14, 1:50 pm order time. Food was just decent. But this legitimately was the rudest, most unwelcoming, and annoyed group of workers I have ever seen. I actually felt uncomfortable for even ordering food, that’s how inconvenienced they seemed by my presence in the drive thru. The lady at the window had her displeasure for her job written all over her face. The “rushed” way in which she took my order, she was taking the people behind me the same exact way. I completely understand that the food service industry is tough, I’m as nice as can be, but treating strangers so poorly is just wild. This was My first at this location since I went when they opened, and I will simply never be back.
Sent my husband, friendly staff, obviously, working hard! Quick service, food tasted as I expected, yummy! Fed my family of 6 under $45. No complaints here!
I called for pot pies and both time they held one back for me be they sale out fast . thanks for displaying wonderful customer service.
The lady that checked us out looked like she hated her job. She was not very helpful or willing to explain anything. She looked like we were putting her out for eating there.They are over priced. it cost $69 for a family of 5. Then we had to wait 15 minutes for our food.
The past two days I've tried to drive in and order chicken, yesterday I arrived at956pm and they told me they were closed, Okay I get it, its four minutes before closing at a fast food place, all the food has been thrown out a the kitchen shut down. but today i get there at 850 pm and they tell me they are closed again. the sign on the door says they are open till 930 pm.....are your sales so bad that you are just randomly closing? I work in retail, this is bad business and bad managing.I have always preferred kfc over other chicken places, but I will not give my business to the kfc in corsicana anymore.
Rude customer service I ordered a pot pie The girl said we are out and nobody made any I ordered another meal and she didn't give me a cup ..just turned and walk3d away The other lady brought my food to the counter and I asked for my cup She looked at me like I was a big inconvenience Shereached over and got the cup and handed it to me without even looking at me while chatting with someone else. I said thank you...neither one of the crew members say thank you or anything
Raw chicken served with bad attitudes. Ordered 3pc box with two drums and a breast, slaw and mac and cheese. Received two breast and only one drum and potatoes not slaw. I asked for my slaw got eyes rolled at me and was told I have to give the potatoes which were already in my vehicle back to them. Uh why? Did they resale them??? I ate the first two pieces of chicken and then the third was super chewy, I peeled into it and it was bleeding and raw. I went back and showed them the raw food and asked for a refund. The girl with a bad attitude walked off and eventually came back and said they'd refund me but I'm technically supposed to bring the whole order back. I said I did and pointed at the box and she rolled her eyes again and huffed and I said I can't know to eat the raw food first that's not my fault. I've reported this location to DSHS for taking in food post leaving the restaurant and serving undercooked poultry.
Ordered chicken didn't want yhr drink the manager never offered a substitute still charged me for a combo ordered extra crispy got original and it tasted old and had a terrible smell made me sick. Do not go to Corsicana KFC it's sorry and nasty.
