Such an inconsistent place for food, even when they're not busy in the least. Got a 12-pc nuggets at drive thru, not any other cars in line and didn't even look like anyone was eating inside, and nuggets were so overcooked - dark, tough, chewy. Ugh. Had them a few weeks prior when they first came out and were completely different when fresh and not cooked into jerky. Plus they charged me .49 extra for an extra dipping sauce but didn't tell me there was a cost... only discovered it when I looked at receipt got home, at the same time I found how awful the nuggets were. And their app is completely worthless, never any deals. They even disabled the "contact us" feature so you can't complain on the app. When you put in a state, the city field won't pull up any cities. How convenient for a place whose food and service is regularly disappointing. The Colonel must be spinning in his grave at what KFC has become.
For starters this location NEVER has the extra crispy recipe. Also I ordered the 3 piece combo box. That comes with 2 side, a biscuit and drink. I get the food and bring it home and open up the box to find that I’m missing a side and for my 3 pieces of chicken they have me 2 breast and a wing!! Like what the hell?? At least give me a thigh or a leg. It never ceases to amaze me the quality at not only this fast food joint but pretty much every other one at the quality of food and service they put out. I understand that the people they hire are likely kids and making minimum but have some pride it what you do. Give a damn or get out!
We didn't get any food. Waited in line for 15 minutes to be told they were literally out of chicken. Then tried to order other food and magically they were out of that too. Rude employees, extremely dirty restaurant. Awards on the wall but I'm not sure for what. Do not recommend if you actually want to eat.
Absolutely the WORST in Columbia City. Food is old, not fresh as "advertised". They cut corners by keeping food longer than normal in the "crisper". The customer service is terrible. The management is the root cause and needs to be replaced. They never contact the customer back regarding an issue. Simply ignore it. Try to ignore this review. I'm sure the health department would love to inspect those "crispers" and let's just see how long you're keeping the old product and serving it. This is a photo of the "FRESHLY" made chicken sandwich. Dark brown, dry, hard to bite into, and chewy. Definitely, NOT FRESH. Same issue with the Long John Silver's product, since it's a duo location. The chicken we had was the same... dark hard and chewy.
Girl was rude and very short, ask for cup for my drink she told me I had to wait until it was paid for. She also would not take coupon. No shrimp sauce. For shrimp but girl did not tell us beforehand. Our sides were served in the lids .
I was asked to pull around to the double doors to wait. 4 cars around me left and 15 min later I pulled to drive thru and the lost my order or gave it to someone else. The chicken was hard and hush puppies were bigger than the chicken.
Never coming back to this place unless you do something about the worker Maxwell... Such a weird guy. I walk into the place expecting a normal chicken sandwich. As I was eating Maxwell just creeps up to my table and stands there silently. He then started whispering something along the lines of "I killed your family" honestly what the hell?!?! Excuse my language but you really need to do something about this guy... Hiring trolls???
Extremely disappointed. The only 2 girls working in there were working their tails off. It was a Sunday morning! Shame on you KFC for not allowing them to close the lobby, or the whole dang store for that matter. Those girls don’t deserve to come to work and run like dogs and deal with all the things by themselves. Do better KFC!! Do better!
