The food that we ordered was warm and tested good. Had a big parking lot and lots of place to dine.
Ordered food for the kids and friends, only to get home and find they didn’t include my meal. This is the 2nd time they have incorrectly filled and order, even after confirming it at the drive through. Honestly, this is still the best managed KFC in the area, and am willing to return. So long as the bad days are less than the good it’s fine.
Food here is typical KFC, never really that fresh but the deal breaker at this location the cross contamination that sometimes occurs (like kernels of corn in mashed potatoes even though I I didn’t order corn). Also the rudest service people I’ve ever encountered. After I ordered I could hear the lady in the back mock me (it was summer so back door was open) and they always seem irritated. Trying to find another location to satisfy occasional kfc cravings, can’t stomach going to this location any longer.
I love KFC but occasionally get a bad order. Often it’s 2 thighs instead of a breast and thigh. This time the chicken appeared over cooked (dark breading) but I noticed a different odor just to find out there was gooey stuff (maybe the breading mixture) between the outside surface and the chicken. Yuck!
Second time visiting at this location, which is not in my area, but wanted to try a different KFC. The food here is good, hot, and the chicken pieces are a nice size. Have gone to other KFC's and the chicken was small. Will definitely be coming to this location, when I want KFC.
Chicken was cooked breading came off like a bandaid
I ordered a famous bowl combo meal and a plain chicken little. I received fries, when did they change it from a cookie? Was disappointed since no cookie , instead received old fries that were sitting for a while. Also received chicken little that was raw. Drive thru people barely said a word to me and we're just joking around. I work in fast food and this isn't okay. The famous bowl combo was raises 5-6 dollars since covid started, I understand inflation but cmon? It won't let me provide a picture of the raw chicken. Go figure .
