Picked up at the drive thru. The building was very clean and new looking, easy access from the highway. The original chicken was flavorful and falling off the bone but greasy, we’ve decided that is just the way this brand of chicken is served after reviewing several different stores. The large sides look very appealing in the containers and have great consistency when taken from the container, the Mac and Cheese is creamy. The gravy compliments the potatoes well. All three are good comfort foods and good choices with your chicken.
Quick service. Food was hot and the order was right. Girl at the window was polite. One of the workers was milling around and smoking where you order in the drive through. It could be a deterant for other customers.
WOULD BE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE, We ordered online a 12 piece chicken bucket and fries, We got to the store they told us to wait so we sat down, we waited 10 minutes for our order that was suppose to be done 15 minutes earlier and she warned us the food just came out and was hot, The minute I got in the car I could smell a rancid odor coming from the bag, we tried the fries on the way home and they were cold and hard, We got home and took it out the bag and it was absolute carnage in the bucket, We immediately went back to the store to complain, We spoke to Sherian the manager and we were told she could not refund our money because it was an online order and then proceeded to say she could not take the food back and didn’t offer to replace it at all, she was rude and condescending. We’ll never be eating here again!
KFC has always been good food, but the pieces of chicken are a lot smaller than they were 4 years ago.. The whole rotisserie chicken you can get at Walmart for less than $7.00 is the same size in value, KFC large sides are over priced, $4 and some change. I had a coupon for 8 piece meal $18 and after tax $21 and some change..

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They went above and beyond for my mother when DoorDash cancelled our order to make an impromptu family dinner so very special. Food was perfectly cooked, the order was complete the way we ordered and all the extras were an amazing touch. Thank you all so much for making it amazing! We greatly appreciate it!
We're from out of town. This KFC isn't quite like ours at home. The lady running the drive-thru tonight (assuming manager) was absolutely the sweetest. She was so willing to help us that she listened to what we wanted, and then picked the best deal for us. We had the same wonderful service at the window. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious.
The food is fantastic! Its country style and you get everything you order. The staff is so nice. I highly recommend this for lunch and dinner
