Really like their extra crispy options. Too oily but once in a while wasn't too bad. Employees were not friendly, I asked them to clarify an option instead they just brushed me off. My cashier literally ate something in the kitchen with her bare hands, didn't wash her hands and came back to assist me...
They need to change the oil more frequently and recheck the timing for the hot wings because they were oily and dried out. Over cooked. I don't think oil was hot enough or it was too old.
This place is not busy for a reason! Employees not attentive, no greetings, no response sometimes lol. I hope this place don’t end up like Pizza Hut next block over. When you go to pop eyes chicken that place is always busy and it’s 3 blocks away. What happen to this place?
This place has gone from ok to horrible and will most likely follow pizza hut in going out of business soon. The staff is incredibly rude andcthe food is horrific at best. Sad because this was always our go to place when our children were younger. A new chicken store is right down the street. They are clean and the food is a 100 percent better. Good bye KFC.
I have to COMPLETELY COMPLIMENT the staff here....there was a manager Junior and very nice lady "carla"?? Sorry forgot her name😢 and another very cooperative and kind gentleman that helped us when the guy I support accidentally ordered entirely the wrong thing and got the huge meal for $45 as he got confused. He has special needs. After he received the "large" order and was quite upset & confused: we went back up to the counter and it didn't take them long to understand our situation and immediately fix everything and arrange for his credit card to be credited. I sincerely appreciated this and am very thankful for their compassionate and positive attitudes. To me, they went above and beyond and I feel blessed. Thank you KFC Crew BTW the chicken tenders and biscuits were 😋 yummy
KFC has gone downhill in the past few years. Between the prices being jacked up and the same old food, even less then days gone by, it's just not the same as it used to be. Then the location I went to had some of the rudest people I've dealt with in a while. I'm generally a friendly person so no reason for the attitude, which in turn does not make me trust the place. I might try this location again but probably not
On my last visit my food was not right. I got home after picking it up and it was cold and the chicken was dried out. Normally I would have called the store or brought it back, but it was already late and I misplaced the receipt. You got me this time. But it won't happen again, I'll check my food in the drive-thru and not worry about holding up the line or other customers. I feel it was done because they were back up with orders and wasn't paying attention to what went out.
Just in the KFC in Centereach and got charged $3.19 for a cup of ice water! Plus the Mac and Cheese was very dry. When I went in to ask why I was charged for water the manager got very nasty and yelled “don’t you know the cost of everything went up and you have to pay for the cup” what a terrible experience. I will never go back to that KFC again!
