KFC in Casper Wyoming, What a rip off charged me $18 for 8 small chicken tenders that had more breading than meat and $6 for French fries, all I ordered was a 8 piece chicken, french fries and 4 biscuits they charged me $32 for that its absolutely ridiculous I could have gone to a nice restaurant and had a steak dinner for the money they charged me, oh and the prices online were half what they charged me when I told them that I was told they don't honor online prices instore so I thought my order was half that until I picked it up and yes i ordered online if I'd known they were going to charge that much i wouldn't have ordered from KFC I'll never go here again I hope my review will help other people not get ripped off the way I did especially if you order online I've never known a store not to honor online prices their scamming and robbing people, they have no right to be in business at all. I'll definitely be trying to find the number to the corporate office to call a request a refund and report this location for their actions
You should probably put somebody up front that can hear the customers when they take orders. I had to go back up four times to get thanks for my grandson that Ken forgot. Your female younger workers were amazing but the older gentleman was pretty hard to deal with and you guys were out of sauces. The only sauce that was there for my grandson was KFC sauce and not barbecue or ranch and all of the plates were gone and there was three platters left. If Melissa still there she should really up her game.
I gave a three star because the drumsticks were good so was the fries but the chicken nuggets were to firm and over cooked and they were more breading than meat
Went in for lunch placed our order and all I had was $100 bill. Basically was refused because I had nothing smaller. I asked if the manager could break it from the safe and was told that the manager had no access to the safe and to have a nice day! The guy at the counter didn’t even attempt to ask his manager. What great service will not be back!
Very good fried fish and chicken and though sold at the same counter as KFC, their fish and chicken are different and delicious. It really is 2 restaurants in one!
Their chicken batter is egg based but tastes good. Their service is better than some but not great, it's never clean in there or the bathrooms.
David was our Cashier. His personal appearance was quite slovenly. He looked like he would have rather been anywhere else than helping us. That is until he noticed my daughter and my DIL. They only had the extra Krispy chicken breasts. And the potatoes and gravy were cold. I could say more, but overall not the beast one I've been in and I love KFC.
Horrible place to go eat. Absolutely horrible and rude customer service, this place is dirty and overall not worth your time
