We got our food through drive through. We ordered the 20 dollar box. I just want to say that our food took a long time. But nothing was fresh. Everything was hard, greasy, old and chewy. The fries were old. It was disgusting. We did not any of it. The macaroni was ok. Disappointed in Buda Texas KFC
I visited at lunchtime. This is by far one of the best KFC's I have visited in years. Friendly staff. Clean dinningroom and bathrooms. I ordered a 4 peice meal (all dark meat). The chicken was large peices none had broken bones, and it was very fresh. It was cooked perfectly, all were evenly breaded with good color. Coleslaw was very fresh also. Keep up the good work!!
In the past month, I have gone through the drivethru at the Buda KFC and sat in the line over 20 minutes each visit. To make things worse they totally messed up my order each visit. Tonight I ordered all white meat original recipe. I got old dried out extra crispy legs & wings. It looked like it had been left under the heat light for hours. I paid for breast meat original recipe! I called 15 times when I got home but no one answers & they disconnected.Awful service
Fries were great. Overall though, a horrible experience based on customer service and the disgusting state of the restaurant. If they don’t want to serve LJS customers, perhaps they should close that side. I stood at the counter for a while before someone finally helped me. Should’ve been clue #1. I ordered, grabbed my drink and went back up to wait on my food. A lady who came in after my order was placed, ordered and received her family pack while I was still waiting for mine. Then I saw the fryer drop two pieces of chicken into the fryer. I thought surely those aren’t mine. Sure enough!! After more standing there waiting, the timer went off, out came those two pieces of chicken and onto my dine in tray. THEY FILLED THE ORDER BEHIND ME BEFORE EVEN STARTING TO COOK MINE!!!!! I had plenty of time while waiting to take account of the dilapidated state of the restaurant. It’s 5 pm. Dinner rush hasn’t started and this restaurant is still trashed. No pride in ownership here. See the pictures for yourself. It was actually worse than the pictures. No one came out front to try to clean anything the entire time I was there.
Went to KFC today and was extremely disappointed. I bought the 12 piece tender family meal and spent almost $40 for what seemed to be some frozen tenders that looked like they were bought at the Wal-Mart behind the KFC in the same shopping center. Also the sides seemed like they were just heated in a microwave. I hadn't been here in a while so I was not aware that they changed the items on the menu. I recall coming here and actually getting real chicken tenders. The tenders we ordered were so small they looked like they belonged on the kids meal. To spend that kind of money and get this kind of product should be criminal. I will never come back to this KFC (if any at all anymore) ever again. One more fast food joint I won't be visiting. Cooking at home more often is going to become more regular at this point.
The people were nice but the food was inedible. I had to ask for a refund. The food was dry and I had to drive very far to get it in the first place. I will not return to this location. After dealing with their refund department, never use the app. 30 minutes for a partial
Yesterday night was the worst kfc experience. not only was our order incorrect. They told us they were out out of breast at 8:45pm when they close at 10pm. service was equally the same. Told us it would take 3 mins for fries. we waited over 30 cause they wanted to make sure other cars behind us waiting got their food as well waiting just because of that. was a Sense of disrespect cause as ours were getting colder. Others were being made. Worst kfc I've been to.
A few weeks back, we went to the Buda KFC location, we had to wait a while for our food despite there being no que. The food was terrible! It was so disappointing and a waste of money. I've traveled around the world and been to many KFCs, and this has to be by far the worse. The nuggets were hard and dried out. I suspect they had been sitting there all day. My daughter could not eat them as they were so hard. The chicken was undercooked. I suspect it had been taken out too early. We ended up trashing all the food as it wasn't edible. Do not waste your time or money going here. There are so many better places nearby.
