First KFC that I had visited in a long time that really serves fresh food. chicken was amazing. Coleslaw salad very fresh. Very well done team. Hope other branches would copy you.
The dining area looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The food was old. The breading was falling off of the chicken. the chicken was dried out from sitting so long. I ordered a 4 piece got a 3 piece. The only shinny spot was the cashier was nice. The management is responsible for the terrible condition in this store. How do you have extra crispy chicken when there is no extra crispy breading. The owner is responsible for the condition of the terrible management.
My husband picked up our food we ordered online they left out some food so he goes back in to let them know the cashier got really rude with him then ignored him and wouldn't wait on him. Another lady had to step up and help my husband. This is not the first time we ha e dealt with rude servers there. Definitely not going back......good was ok chicken was pink inside. Not to mention they put our biscuits in the bucket with the chicken and the biscuits ended up squished and flat as a pancake. Expensive food for rudeness and squished and not cooked enough
I got the wings and they are very little as you can see I put a ranch packet next to it, flavor was good (NH kicking wing). My husband got the original chicken and I ate a piece and it is not the original recipe tasted off. Probably won't go back was disappointed not the original flavor.
Very very unclean!!! Got home w a 12 piece dinner our chicken had feathers cooked on it the meat was not seasoned bland potatoes, bland mac n cheese even the coleslaw tasted off!!! Biscuits old hard clay pads!! What in the heck is going on here??? The 12 PC chicken is $40 huge waste of money for what we got after driving 18miles back home!!!! Do not goooo.. stop.. turn around..n.. leave!!! Brunswick yall shld be ashamed!!!
I will NEVER step foot in this location again. I walk in and there was no one in line. I stand and wait patiently because I needed a moment anyway. I know sometimes things take a moment. I'm in the restaurant industry so I'm extremely understanding. Seems no one was logged into the register up front because I heard them asking about a number. I assume there was a shift change or something and I'm still standing patiently. Then another lady walks in behind me. Someone IMMEDIATELY came over, ignoring me standing there in front of her, and proceeded to ask how they can help her. WOW! I've never been discriminated against but I felt it hard core. I pray that I never make anyone that way. I can't believe this is the way KFC conducts business. My heart just hurts. I will be sure to share my experience with everyone who mentions this KFC! I don't think this location has ever got an order correct. On this occasion I ordered two x-large drinks. This is what I got. The receipt reflects what they gave me. Just was not what I ordered.
