Easy walk from my house but food is wrong 90 percent of the time. Employees are always messing around with each other. Service is slow. Usually go to the one in Raynham.
I ordered 2 original chicken breast and what I got was 2 pieces of the lower ribcage with a small amount of breast meat and lots of fried skin, bones and some dark meat, etc.......What a rip-off.......40 years ago I got a breast keel loaded with nice bteast meat.......All these fast food companies are going downhill and saying to its customers, the hell with you and more profit to our C. E. O 'S.........I'm not going back again.....
THIS is what you get when you order from KFC Bridgewater, Ma. The service has always been terrible all 5 times I’ve been there, but this is by far the worst. As you can see in pictures below, a MONTH OLD HARD PLASTIC TAG was placed perfectly in the middle of my sandwich. Tried to call twice and each time the manager was “not available”. I do think it’s pointless to review major food chains usually, but everyone should be warned about this. DONT GO HERE unless you want to be disrespected by a bunch of teenagers with no guidance that will mess with your food.
Sketchy drive thru. Again this strange experience where employees are holding your credit card to keep you waiting at the window. They run the card and a receipt prints and they refuse to give it to you. Then hold up a finger at me and say hold on… last time lied to me and said “did not go through” then printed out a duplicate receipt pretending they reran the card when they were done with whatever game they were playing keeping my card. (Says duplicate receipt at the top) Makes no sense. This is the second time and when I asked by I was told “we are supposed to it is good for us” why are the employees supposed to hold my credit card? And how is it good for ‘us’? Who directed this action?
I had emailed corporate about an interaction from October and never heard from them. An employee with a mask yelled at me to “stop being disrespectful and yelling” when I asked him several times to raise his voice because he was mumbling and turning his head away from me when speaking. I have a neurological condition that affects my hearing. I got my order, but left the store in tears, and will never visit this location again.
Me and my mom went in today and placed a pretty good sized order. When we were in there first glance I realized I was missing my Mac and cheese so I said something and it was given to me but then I got home and realized my quesadilla had chicken in it when it clearly says on my receipt that I ordered a cheese one and I don’t eat meet do I couldn’t eat it then my mom opened her food and she ordered a chicken taco and it had beef in it. Honestly this happens way to much at this location.
Can't ever get any items I wanted always Discontinued even thou they have the items to make it and I asked about it and I was rudely told no we don't have it and bieng told didn't you hear me we don't have it and the items my brothers got was thrown in the bag and thrown aggressively almost fallen off not in the package and looked like a hot mess if im paying for service for my items im purchasing id like to be treated with a little respect this experience I had was horrible and felt like a criminal when I asked for hot sauce and when they suggest something and in the back yelling we don't have that when the sign didn't say all out or anything all I gotta say this business is no good im appalled about the whole event
Go here if you want the wrong order. This kfc is great for getting your order wrong. Whether you order online or in-store, they will screw it up, guaranteed.
