today I ordered online and was told online the order would be ready by 8:10 and I didn’t get my food given to me until 8:32 and it was absolutely horrible from the soggy half breaded chicken to the very poor customer service and the staff fighting with each other. I never complain like this but that store is horrible
Went through the drive-through at this location on 9/11/2023, and the gentleman working the drive-thru window was amazing. He was professional, friendly and repeated my order for verification. I've not always had the best experience at this location but this guy nailed it! Food was correct and hot. Outstanding service.
The food was messy. Chicken legs 6 and 6 thighs all the legs were on the bottom of the bucket and the thighs on top. The legs were dry as ever, and everything was supposed to be dark meat, which should be moist. The macaroni and cheese were runny, and the noodles were hard. It was not made well at all . It made my family all end up in the bathroom all night and this morning. I will never go there again. It was the worst food ever. The staff was the only nice thing
Food has never been fresh at this location, even if you ask for it fresh. Had stale, lukewarm nuggets today, even after asking for them fresh and being told "they just came up." Service is not great either. Will not be back to this location.
We've gone to this particular store many, many times. Never had any issues, thus why we return. This trip, however, was not that. The girl at the window was extremely rude. We order a 3 piece meal, with all white meat. Along with 2 crispy chicken wraps. What we received was not that. It was a meal with all dark meat. And the wraps? Were a piece of chicken stuffed inside a hotdog bun with 1 pickle. WOW, talk about surprised. We attempted to call back, not to complain. But to make the manager aware. But after making 5-7 attempts, with no one answering the phone. We chose this route instead. FYI, look before you drive off. You don't want to play the KFC wheel of "what's in the bag"
Terrible service. In drive thru, vehicle ahead of us ordered a 12pc family pack with no issue. We were the next car in line. We were told they were out of chicken and we'd have to wait 25 minutes. Best they could offer to us at the time was a 4 piece.
I used a coupon that I received from the app the coupon was for a meal that was $4.99 they charged me $5.99 and they're Excuse was they didn't have anything to scan the electronic coupon so they just charge me that price DIDN'T TRY to resolve the issue just shrugged their shoulders and the food was no where near fresh at all
We went to KFC this week. At the drive through we ordered a 12 peice and sides.we were told it would be 30 mins. That was fine we told them no problem. We ordered a couple more items and were told our wait would be an hour. We them heard someone say "don't tell them that" there was silence. We canceled our order and left. It was a very disorganized experience and are unlikely to return any time soon.
