This food has been cooked WAY too long. When the dark meat is dry, you know that that is true! It's like the dinner scene from Christmas Vacation! This is the second time with the same experience. I will not be back! If I had not lived out of town, I would have taken it back. The 2 stars are for the cole slaw that's always good and the nice young lady who took my order.
Like many locations, good food and friendly staff. The place was not busy at the time and was clean. Got our food promptly.
Whoever was working today, SHAME ON YOU filling the container with the bottom of the barrel burnt “french fry” crumbs for my 3 year old daughter. I got back to the house before I even realized. DO BETTER.
Got the chicken sandwich and was disappointed. The chick was not fresh. Service was good .
We ordered 2 pot pie meals. We were given the 2 drink cups. Upon receiving our meals, we had 3!!! We were charged with 3 somehow and they just stood there. The pies were overcooked. We brought 1 pie home and was not given the drink or cookie! We were not offered a refund. This is the first time this has happened.

Worst customer service ever. I went to dine in on November 23rd at around 4pm. This African American man kept saying random words to me in Spanish since he assumed that I could not speak English. Once I started to order in English he raised his eyebrow in disbelief and said “oh she speaks English.” The rest of the workers just froze and tried to laugh it off. Racial prejudice should not be tolerated at any workplace.
