They served me old chicken. When I said something about it. The manager insisted it had just come up. Not wanting to go back and forth, it bought it home. The chicken was hard stringy to the point we couldn't even chew it. I called multiple times, being that they're a distance from my home. I got no answer. I'm super disappointed to have wasted $30! The chicken was like they were serving another company's chicken. It's not like KFC at all. I wasn't familiar with that flavor at all. I took a video of how horrible that was!
We sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes, got less nuggets than what we asked for as well as being accused of eating them in the three seconds it took me to check it. Everybody had an attitude and the food was trash. Never again.
The chicken was not thoroughly cooked. In person the chicken has more of a burgundy color. I can’t eat this. The mashed potatoes tasted old. The drive thru was backed up and I was told they only had two people working. This was a waste of $14. The only thing that was good was my drink. Never pull up to this place! $38 for some nasty chicken! Maybe change your grease once in awhile? Seems like they give you last night's chicken. dry, tastes like dirty grease. Kids ate the "large" side which was really a "cup" of mashed potatoes. Shut this place down!
This is without a doubt the worst KFC chicken. 2nd chance and this location failed again. The chicken was HARD and dry and tough. One piece of what was supposed to be a breast was the actual size of a silver dollar and just as hard. It was not edible. None of it was edible. Even the lousy bread was not edible. It all tasted like it had been sitting under heat lamps for days. I just hope we don't get sick from the little bit we tried to have for dinner. If there is an owner to this location you owe me 2 dinners with fresh chicken and bread. Train your people!
Food was horrible, Chicken strips were fried way too hard and they looked suspect.
I ordered take out on my way home from work and I love a half hour away and my order was wrong and they didn't give me all of my food. I won't go back.
Great place, awesome location right off of I-77, I love how the staff uses team work to get people there food in a quick manner. The quality of the food is good as well.
