Just bought lunch and the fries were absolutely disgusting and the sandwich was mediocre. I personally love their fries and the rest of their food but serving old food is just bad for business and they do it often
Hot and tasty chicken, Tenders, and pot pie. But I had to return to the restaurant 3 times since they had no staff and had no chicken made and worst was the 45 minute wait for the pot pie.
Just came here to get KFC for my child we walked in and there is a bunch of staff standing there were there for about 15 minutes and not one car comes through the drive-through. The staff proceeds to tell me that they will not take orders inside, and I will need to go through the drive-through even though they do not have one customer they said because the employee who runs the front counter has not shown up for work, even though there were multiple other employees standing there doing nothing not waiting on any customers the whole time I was there. Needless to say we just left. I didn’t bother ordering. We did use the bathroom and it was completely disgusting as well.
They were certainly fast but not a soul smiled nor gave good service. The raspberry iced tea tasted funny whether the machine needed flushed is beyond me. the food was normal if normal means tough stringy chicken and overly salted fries.
Went through the drive thru, got no greeting so we waited for about 5 minutes. I said hello, waited another minute. I repeated this a couple times with no response. After sitting in the drive thru for over ten minutes, the woman over the mic finally responded, "There's gonna be a wait." So we waited for another 5 minutes. She then asked what we wanted, and then responded, "We don't have that available right now." to every single thing we said. It seemed like they didn't have any kind of chicken or side available at all, and she wouldn't say how long it was going to be so we left. Very rude, wouldn't come back.
Ordered online a couple days ago. Went to pick up the order and noticed an item was missing. Waited for an employee to come to the counter and inquired about the missing item (a Chocolate cake). Employee apologized and said they were out. Had another employee double check in the back for me and told me to go online and request a refund. Got home and went onto the site and placed a ticket. Been several days now and haven't heard from anyone. Overall food was OK, just a tenders meal, but my pop was also flat or the machine was off cause my mt dew didn't taste right. Service is lacking. App needs some work too.
Service here is horrible, two nights we tried to get food there and left without anything. The first night the restaurant was out of supplies, which is fine. The second night they were so rude after we stated we couldn’t wait 30+ minutes for the chicken, we started to walk out and they started talking about us. We are very understanding people but why make it personal. We had nothing to say about them, we just didn’t have time to stick around that long and we were headed out of the restaurant. The crew here are so impolite. NEVER visit this place unless you enjoy people being rude.
It is an absolute shame how lazy people are now. Only 3 people working and doing the best they can. They should be getting paid TRIPLE their salaries. Very long wait But when you only have three people working, what else do you expect. I command them for coming into work in spite of being short staffed. Food was great and the employees were excellent in spite of the situation. PAY THE KFC!!!
