If I could give zero stars I would!! We placed our order and asked for sauce which we were told no because sauce doesn’t come with the family chicken bucket meals! I also ordered wings 6 piece. She gave me one sauce for that which was fine. I wanted additional sauce especially since the new buffalo ranch sauce came out to dip our chicken in as well. I even offered to pay for it which she again told me NO because sauce doesn’t come for the chicken.! She was rude and embarrassing as she yelled this to me. I paid $41 for our meal I think if we requested sauce especially if we willing to pay for it we should have it! She then got me the sauce throwing on the counter stating here I’ll just give it to u. We ordered our meal for dinning in but they packed our meal to go so we helped ourselves to a table. We unpacked the food realizing we needed plates. I went back and politely asked for placed since we were dining in. She gave me a tray instead so I asked so are we supposed to put the food on her and eat off of it. She rolled her eyes went to the back and came back with plates. This was horrible mistreatment!! I’m so disappointed with the service. I did manage to get a really nice lady on the 1800 number which I voiced my concerns. I’m just waiting back for a response. I honesty wanted to just give them the food back and get my money back to go elsewhere. But I suffered enough embarrassment and didn’t want to hold up the line. The food was delicious tho. The cashier that had rudely helped us was Cristal and the manager on duty that was just watching the whole time and was also rude I have no idea what her name was. We however will NOT be returning for another visit!
As far as fast food goes it was really good. All my food was hot and came out quick. This is awesome because I only have a 30 minute break for lunch. Unlike the checkers next door.
First time at this location, tender and freshly cooked chicken nuggets. Recommend the new fill-up box, perfect for a family of 3.
First experience was so nasty. The drive through communication was unprofessional, service slow and unconcerned. I went there because the Popeyes on the opposite side had a long line on the drive through. Purchased the family meal bag, got home hungry and ready to eat, the coleslaw was ganished with a detarched female manicure nail. Case closed, what a disgusting sight, the coleslaw went straight to the trashcan.
Ordered a chicken pot pie and it was just vegetable mush. A few strands of chicken meat and loads of carrots. I don’t know if these come precooked but the least you could do is put actual meat inside. This photo is me attempting to find the meat and it turned to soup.
The employees were nice & the place fairly clean! The chicken was just terrible though. Literally the saddest fried chicken I've ever had in my life. I've never had fried chicken that was so tough to bite into, it wasn't crispy, and the flavor was meh. Go to checkers next door instead if you need food?
The server that took my order was pleasant and courteous. The wait for the food was not too long. A pleasant experience!
It could be that I'm not a fan of their chicken but it could also be that the experience was just...underwhelming. Chicken was rubbery, the fried chicken sandwich is a knockoff of Popeyes but tasty. Though service is quick, it isn't efficient. Staff are competent but not overly pleasant or helpful. The honey BBQ wingettes are good for what they are but not the best available
