Pre-ordered a meal 40 minutes in advance. Was told my order had been canceled even though I had received confirmation from both KFC and my bank. The manager tells me to reorder it. While I am placing the order again he tells me I am hurting his drive-thru time and need to finish ordering in the parking lot and they'll bring it out. I reordered and then sit and waited for a while before having to go in and get my order that they weren't even putting together. Not one apology. I showed the manager 2 confirmation messages and my banking details which showed 2 charges.
I sent $52.00 plus some change. I can't say it was the worst we had ever gotten there. Bc it wasn't, however I did wait some time before I returned. I ordered a 16 meal. Lady states that there was only one chicken breast ready. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes. I would have the rest of my order. But if I didn't want to wait for 20 minutes. They would submit it . I said that would be okay, if wasn't wings. Well my mistake. All the chicken was old. None of the bowls were filled up. Not one of them. Absolutley awful. The time before I had to return a bucket of chicken again 16 peace bc it was burnt. When I took it back. The manager yelled at the person over by the chicken and asked. How long on the chicken. She looked straight at me and said pull it. With a smirk look. Not the same crew. However I really expected a different result. I have worked in fast food. I know how things happen. That is why I try not to complain. But it was a big was of my money. Beaver Dam Ky
They have the best chicken ever. There mashed potatoes and gravy is amazing. Biscuits is the bomb.
I walked in and asked about regular wings, and was informed that they didn’t have enough for my order. Ok. I paid for my order with the understanding that they would cook me up a fresh order just like it says on the box. I came back in 20 minutes and waited another 10. What I got instead was hard cold old wings with 2 fresh ones in the boxes. That is not what I was expecting. While I was there a woman that had ordered 4 meals to dine in brought her trays up complaining about cold hard chicken. The manager sent word out that all the chicken was cooked that way. I guess it is my fault for believing the big signs that say freshly prepared. I was in contact with the area manager. I am seriously impressed with the response to my complaint. I have returned several times to this KFC and every time the chicken was perfect. I am withholding the fifth star until construction is finished and I can see the crew in action in a decent building. So far they seem to be doing their best under less than optimal conditions.
Last order there the chicken was either overcooked or had been in warmer too long.
Order an 8 piece extra crispy. Got home and found that it was beyond burned and all dark meat. Been trying to call the manager and the phone stays busy. Probably others calling to complain. Beyond dissatisfied.
Giving a to go order in line with older lady working register was terrible. She was rude and was trying to rush me with my orders. I had two separate orders. I told her the first one and she didn't comprehend it well. 12 piece nuggets with small coleslaw with extra honey mustard. I even showed her the order bc my coworker had written it on a post it note. She said, "you want the meal?" I said, NO that's not what I said. Next order. 12 piece nugget meal but instead of fries can we get mashed potatoes instead with gravy on side. She rudely said, "you will only get the amount of gravy that goes on potatoes." I never asked for extra gravy so I was taken back by that unnecessary remark. I then proceeded to add one more side of mashed potatoes with gravy on the side for a total of 2. She charged me $2.49 for the extra side which was correct. Then she read the order back to me and said. "No Sauces". I said you never asked me about sauces. I told her extra honey mustard and BBQ and if there's an additional charge, "I would pay" I get the first order. I have to wait on second order bc they had to drop more chicken. I understood. The order came up and thank goodness I checked. The extra potatoes and gravy I paid for wasn't in the bag. It was the manager who said this to me, "You didn't pay for any extra." I said, 'Yes, I did " it is on my receipt. She gets the potatoes and gravy. I said, "I asked for extra honey mustard and BBQ sauce but there's only one in the bag." She got one of each and put it in bag. She didn't apologize. There was a young lady that came from the drive thru. She was the only courteous one and apologized. I told her the lady on the register was rude and does not need to be taking orders. I will NEVER recommend or patronize this restaurant again. The manager and older lady working the register need to be retrained or removed from their positions.
2 times now I have ordered 2 large mash potatoes with gravy and not got gravy. Besides that, today I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that was not thoroughly cooked. Oh, one last bonus, might as well order water bc the soft drinks are pretty much that.
